What language is that second version?

That's (I assume) the original Czech text -- since it's from 1878, I'd assume the written language in 2023 doesn't look exactly like that... though I can't really know (though I do know that some characters are missing the video's text, which is strange. "ř", for example, shows up as an empty space)
