I do mine similar, frozen but i use the warm setting untill i leave for work at 5am, give it a flip and put it on low and enjoy it when i get home at 6ish. Usually 24 hr cook time. Always tender! I dont put potatoes in it as they would be too mushy, i usually roast them in the oven while snaking on the roast. Great video. Cheers
