I love this video. Thank you so much I took notes! I don’t know if you have a video that talks about the direction. The subjects are facing with regards to past and present. In this example, the woman is facing to the left, so is everything behind her in the past? Also, do you talk about the directional facings of the bear, the dog, etc. anything that has a direction as far as past and present.
Hello and thank you for your comment! I discuss direction in many videos. I always read left to right, regardless of the direction the seeker's card is facing. Some readers choose to follow the gaze. It's up to you. The important thing for you to know is that in MOD, a GT is always a single time frame - it's never broken into past, present, and future. It's either all past, all present, or all present into the future for a predetermined length of time, generally not to exceed 1 year. You want to focus on proximity of all cards to the seeker, not whether they fall left or right. You want to find your life area cards and focus on the cards surrounding them and their proximity to the seeker, not left or right. Thank you! For specific details for another person, simply lay a spread for them such as one of the smaller spreads I've made videos on for describing a person's traits and characteristics. If the GT shows that you'll be in a happy and loving relationship with someone, there's no need to lay a spread for them.
Yes I see your point but when you are laying a GT about a couple and the primary significator is the lady and you see that there are difficulties between them you want to see more details about how the man will stand towards her. They ask me that when I do a GT...
@@katbous The primary gets the row and the partner gets the column. You read the very near cards for the partner just as you do the primary. Also, look at the cards that connect them as well as all the cards that fall between them. If you're reading for a couple, there's still a primary seeker, but all the information in the spread will speak of the issues between them. If you're looking at who did what and whose fault something is, check the cards that are closest to them. Also, you read left to right, so what is coming to someone and what is coming from them is determined by its position.

Lisa if I were to do a GT for a single person without anyone special in sight and they wanted to know about their chances of finding love - would I look for the opposite significator (meaning if the seeker were the Lady, would I look for the Man?) or would I look for the Rider? Could you make a video for single people? 90% of my requests are about meeting a new person. Thanks!
You set your intention before laying the cards that the spread is to show the chances of entering into a relationship within the time period of the spread - usually 6 months or a year. The partner card doesn't have to be near, it's the cards around it that will tell you more about the person - who they are, what they do, where you might meet them. It's the relationship trio that will tell you if you'll meet them or enter into a committed relationship during the period. Because there can only be one primary significator in any spread. The other person is the partner and is only read in relation to the primary. It's not 28's spread, it's 29's.

@@maransoftware when you look at the partner, you want to read the cards touching their card, check the cards sitting between them and the seeker, and check the intersecting cards which are found by giving the partner the column and the seeker the row. To give the partner a line of sight is to say that the cards fell for them rather than the seeker. Does that make sense?

Lisa you say here about the book that there is hidden information about to be revealed. But the opening of the book is not facing the significator, doesn't this mean that the information won't be revealed?
I'm so glad you asked! When it comes to directional cues, whether or not you use them and which cards you use them for is completely up to you. You should, however, establish your rules and stick to them. You don't want to use them only when it favors a desired outcome. While most readers follow the directional cues of the Scythe and Clouds, cards such as the Rider, Ship, Snake, Fox, Bear, and Book are up to the individual reader. Here's a quote from my second book, Whether near or far, you may take note of which side of the Book is facing the seeker. If the spine is facing, the information may not be revealed during the time frame of the spread or it will be difficult to obtain the information. The opposite holds true if the open side is facing."

So, you think Bambam is going to cheat with Arnold? LOL! Pebbles is the seeker is came for a reading because she's having feelings for Arnold.

I know why you’re saying that, but that alone wouldn’t say for certain that a third party is involved. The Snake can bring other forms of betrayal or dangerous complications to a relationship. Also, it’s not the man’s spread, but the lady’s. The Snake is neither facing him nor touching him. BUT, it is in the seeker’s comfort zone, it’s facing the Bouquet which sits above the Rider, who’s facing the Ring, which the Snake is weighing on. Above the Snake, we have the Clover (a card of being carefree and taking chances) and the seeker also has the Fox in her comfort zone to warn her of sneakiness and hidden dangers. It’s those findings along with the relationship trio positions that tell us whether or not someone is cheating or tempted. Does that make sense?
