Woman Destroys Fake IRS With Logic

- After my answering machine antics last night, I decided to get down to business this morning. As much as I wanted to string them along and make another fake trip to the store to buy an imaginary iTunes card, I have a full day! I did enjoy frustrating them for 10 minutes though. I love how this guy jumps straight to, "Do you have any money with you?" The quiet talkers' number is no longer active, but you can find numbers at places like 800notes.com, Twitters, and FB groups devoted to wasting the time of scammers.

Yea, I got one of these idiots saying I won $40,000 from Facebook. He wanted me to go to walmart and pay a registration fee. I had nothing to do at the time so I just just kept him running all day.
I got a substantial settlement I think these people found it out cause I get this constantly. I usually just hang up but dude wanting me to go to Walmart was too much. I told him I took it there and ask a stranger where to pay and he took it saying he'd handle it. This scammer went off.He was angry someone scammed his scam.lol.
Thank you for replying to my comment you have a blessed day
I hope you will click on my name and check out the music I do on CZcams sorry it has nothing to do with scammers lol but hopefully you will enjoy it
Music Is A Rainbow They did the scam to me I would get arrested and I said this is a scam, police can’t arrest you without a warrant.
I feel sorry for anyone with an Indian accent that really does work for the IRS...😩😂
Jazz Jones they wouldn’t be calling u tho
IRS will NEVER call you...because of these scam calls
I've had to talk to quite a few IRS ppl the last few years due to a mixup on my part, and they have all been very polite (except for one) and easy to understand, with the occasional southern accent.
The IRS has NEVER contacted people on the phone, until you receive a letter. If you don't respond, they will then send you a certified letter to make sure you have received it.
Right 🤣🤣
“Are you gonna arrest me?”
“Yes”
“What time?” 😂😂😭😭
Lol!😁
She could have said, "Are you going to arrest me from India?" Boom! 🤣😂🤣😂

that was priceless lmao
It was a calcoolated risk to deal with this scammer.
As the scammer fell for that name that was very clear he was a scammer lol.
Do you really not know how to spell "calculated?"
You handled this in such a perfect way:
You didn’t pretend to fall for the scam, but you also didn’t tell them that you knew that it was a scam.
This is so funny!
I had the one with Social Security threatening to cancel my number. I asked what I needed to do. They asked for my SS number. I said it’s the one you’re going cancel.
lol yeah, I got the same phone call. Said someone had used my # so they had to cancel my #. I was going to call them back just to mess with them and record it.

Genius 🤣
M K I got one too! I told them “idk what you are talking about I don’t have a SS number I swim from Europe to NY. Now I’m living in a dumpster near 1st street.” They clicked
Lol
I love wasting their time. It prevents them from scamming someone else.
Thanks for your public service!
That's what I do when I get their calls. I even have their same accent. LMAO!
Me too! The more time I have them on the phone, the less time they have to scam someone's grandma!
@nancejo Yeah. The people that waste scammers' time are doing God's work. Scammers are absolutely disgusting to me.
Next time a scammer calls me i know what to do now thank you for these videos lmao
The same IRS called me and told me that the FBI Director, Walter Skinner, is going to arrest me too in front of my whole village. I asked if Mulder & Scully will be there too and I got hung up on.
🤣🤣🤣 You've got me dying over here! 🤣🤣🤣
💀
No, but Principal Skinner will be there.

I had a scam call one evening while I was watching television. The scammer asked to speak to the owner of the house as he was getting nowhere with me ( the owner is me....I live alone) I asked them to hang on till I got the owner to the phone....and sat and continued to watch the tv with the phone in my hand, telling the scammer every couple of minutes " he will be with you in a minute"....The scammer actually was still at the other end of the phone 10 mins later. 🤣😅😂
One of these scammers called me few months ago claiming to be from the IRS. I asked him" Do you think I am a fool?" I told him to get off my line and stop scamming people. I also told him to get a regular job like the rest of us. He hung up on me.🤣🤣🤣
One time when I told scammer (she wa going to "fix" my computer) that I knew she was trying to scam me, she went right on with her spiel as thought I hadn't even spoken. I hung up on her.

They didn't even clue in until I said Canada. Then they clicked. Funny thing also. There's so many Indian people living here. I know a few and they never EVER have a normal name. One kid in school was called Jackie but that's derived from Jukinder lol.
@@curbotize what is a 'normal name'?
They must think we’re so stupid and not think that their accent isn’t a red flag
Shelley Mourer sadly, they keep calling because there ARE gullible people out there who DO believe them and give them money. If no one did, they’d stop trying with all the various ways they try.
The GeekMaid IRS only sends mail
sometimes there are legitimate companies in the US who outsource to India for customer services. I don’t think the IRS does but sometimes you might get an indian who works for them to answer the phone once in awhile here in the US. Best thing to do if you receive a mail, email or phone call from IRS, is to go to IRS.gov and find their number and call them directly yourself for informations.
Thousands of people fall for this all of the time. The young and the elderly are especially vulnerable. As much as it seems obvious to many of us, they keep doing it because it works.
The IRS never calls you - ever
Waste time then ask “You are going to arrest me?”
Them: Yes.
Me: Please pick me up before dinner because I have no money for food.
The person on the line sounded almost as competent as a real agent.
She’s still hearting comments 4 years later, what a legend.

I have to say, after watching this inspiring video, I happened to get a "CRA" call a day later. Having your inspiration in hand, I tried to duplicate your method. Wasn't exactly the same, but close. Strung him along for at least 20 minutes. Very enjoyable but ultimately stressful. Interesting. You can yank their chain and have some fun, but at the end of the day, that stress is there and you know that while you can just mess with them, simpler and more vulnerable people are being terrified and these guys and gals don't care at all. Just want the money.
I warned a neighbour with brain damage about these people. Several times. But when they called, she fell for it and was in tears. Didn't give money she doesn't have anyway, but it scared her deeply.
It's a shame on how many people they do fool with their scamming. Remember folks, IRS will never ever call you.
BikerDude1953 truth! I know the real IRS asses took my returns for 6 years because of my ex-husband!
Neither will MicroSoft!!!!
My wife received 2 such voicemails from the "irs" saying there was a warrant for her arrest. We laughed till we cried. I think I will download the BURNER app to my phone so I can call them back and fu__ with them. Nice job, Music :=)
The problem is, the idiots who falls for their scams, would never watch this video.
Well they can but once my mom got called at 7 pm and I'm like sure lol this isn't the IRS mom. Same kind of people who can't be bothered if its 30 minutes before closing ha ha ha.
The stupid thing is that the scammer really believes he can scam someone with an Indian accent and broken english
Their bosses probably assured them once they tell people their american names everything's gonna be ok, nobody's gonna know 😂😂😂
old people do fall for these scammers my mon did and it was a nightmare. We need to let our old folk know the goons exist.
It’s one thing to have hearing problems cognitive issues and it’s another to be too trusting of people and another to be unable to recognize someone with an Indian accent threatening you with something that doesn’t make much sense..let’s just hope baby boomer generation or generation X don’t guy into this ridiculousness
Right? And they always have some super American names like Nick Johnson but with super thick Indian accents and broken English.
That's the genius behind it. The scam has to be outrageously dim-witted so that only the absolutely gullible ones fall for it. The once who are even a little intelligent will ignore it and these guys won't have to waste time on it. It's clever in their part.
A positively brilliant response to a scammer
