I use a Hero spirit setup which will do 120hp or 150% I use it to farm, it uses Marx (true form) with Ivan, Wanda, and Mallow to increase magic attack and attack power. It is extremely overpowered EDIT: back air from Hero can also break shields almost instantly EDIT: Ganon's special instant kills anywhere anytime and Robin is busted with this setup

This. I watched the first part so I knew it was going to happen again. At an audio level so low I could barely hear him talking, using subtitles to know what's being said, I could hear the Doriyah and Yeet as though I was at max volume on my TV for the rest of the video's audio levels.
A very awesome spirit combo is Giratina Origin trained in the Tank Style with 3 physical attack up spirits. Very devastating with Bowser’s Side Smash Edit: Changed Demon to Tank
These videos are really cool and it actually got me into testing out spirit combinations. Thank you for testing out so many spirits these videos are great.
Also, some other builds and things to note in case your want a part 3 Try that back air Mega Man spam build but with palutena n-air instead. Once you get into a certain percent and your inputs are just right, it true combos into itself. I don't think it's infinite but still pretty cool. Generally speaking, try Gold Mario, which is a 3-slot support spirit that gives super armor, the exact same way that full armor X does, without the move speed drawback, except you can put it on any primary spirit with 3 slots. Any other skills you'll get will have to rely on the primary spirit you use, so in some cases full armor X can still be better, but you get overall higher stats this way. Another thing to note about super armor is that it takes a certain amount of knockback to go through it. Higher defense not only makes you take less percent, but it also makes you take less knockback from attacks, meaning defensive builds with super armor make the super armor last much longer, and still make you harder to kill when it finally gives out. Probably the best overall SLOW super armor build would be Black Knight with slow super armor and tank style. Good attack and great defense, meaning you get plenty good trades out of your super armor, but you're move speed is basically non-existent so pick your character carefully. Speaking of super armor, my favorite regular super armor build is Sirius with Gold Mario, playing as Ike. Just spam nair and combo out of it when it hits. Your neutral is unbeatable, enemies can't punish you, and you can punish them even if their attacks land, and as soon as you land it you can follow up. Really effective if used correctly. Again, I wouldn't use any style on this one In fact generally speaking here, most builds perform better on no style than any other, unless of course it's a gimmick related build that relies on it, like the DK one. That especially goes for Black Knight. The part that makes it broken is that your severely out-stat your enemy while it doesn't sacrifice very much Neutral for it. If you get a trade and your opponent hits you with an F-smash and you land a F-air, guess what? You won the trade. Thus some of the best characters to use it with are characters who get trades often, like super armor users (k rool, Bowser, little Mac) but when you put styles in like lightweight, it throws that huge advantage out the window. Unless your character relies on speed for their neutral, it's not worth the stat decreases. Same goes with super armor. Using lightweight style defeats the purpose because isn't of having to be around 100-ish (130 for defensive builds) your armor's gonna give out around 50-80 while also having much lower defense and weight which means you're gonna die a lot quicker despite the super armor. For most styles, the drawback is stronger than the bonus. I'm not exactly sure by how much, but anything that's reduced is reduced by a lot while anything boosted is only boosted by a moderate amount. Knowing this, I recommend only using a style if you think the bonus will provide an overall stronger build that way. Like for example, if you're using little Mac at all, use land style because there's simply no drawback for him. He doesn't use any of his air moves so reducing their damage isn't going to make a difference. I tend to use the Black Knight+Halberd with Land style for him most of the time. The move speed buff from land style surpasses the debuff from armor knight so it's just like playing regular little Mac except he's statistically a beast. Another fun build you haven't actually covered yet, shield break builds. Keep in mind, shield damage usually not only scales with shield damage buffs, but also with attack/defense. For most attacks. A few builds that come to mind are Hades Final form + 2 shield damage up supports Giratina Origin form + 3 shield damage up supports Any 3 slot primary (preferably higher attack the better) with 3 shield damage supports. All of these should be using demon style. The differences between these 3 are minor. Hades gives overall the best shield break build because of the mix of really high attack and the shield damage buffs, resulting the highest possible shield damage. A down air with ganon can usually one-shot a shield for most other spirit builds. The giratina build is specifically for certain characters with moves that are dedicated to shield breaking (namely puff side b, marth/Lucina neutral b, and Mr Saturn.) These moves actually ignore both attack and defense, and instead deal a fixed amount of shield damage. However, they're still affected by the skills, meaning with this build, puff side b or marth UNCHARGED neutral b will pop an entire shield regardless of the enemy's defense. The last build is just a bit more of a balanced build based on preference, and it's really just if you don't want that 30% trade off or want better stats. Hope these helped. I'm actually pretty glad CZcams's finally looking at spirits mode on a now competitive standpoint now. I've been no-lifing this mode some release, so a lot of this stuff I knew before 2019 even got here, and the game released in December 2018

Also, Full Armor X has pretty crap stats compared to other ★★★★ spirits, and the single support slot it has just doesn't make up for the lackluster stats IMO. Any strong ★★★★ spirit paired with Gold Mario would most likely work better.

in terms of lightweight spirits, it affects short hops and full hops. short hops in general will always send you higher than full hops if you have several lightweight and jump spirits equipped.

My favourite spirit combo is Bowser with a fire/explosion boost primary with three slots, then two fire/explosion boost secondary, and one secondary that gives a bomb-omb. It's an insta-win against single opponents (assuming you hit)
Another suggestion: Use Full armor X as a primary, Have a bomber equipped as a support. Go to lil Mac, run up to the opponent and immediately use the bomber. It’s way better than I thought it was gonna be. I’ve won matches under 10 seconds. Edit: Might be a good idea to train Full armor in the runner style dojo

So, some correction with the Shaymin spirit: The gravity style gives you more jump height than the lightweight style(like said in the video). Stacking 3 lightweight is not the highest you can go. What you want is 2 jump & 1 lightweight, or 2 lightweight & 1 jump. I'd recommend *Shaymin, Gravity Style, 2 lightweight, 1 Jump.*
With the Queen Metroid setup and the runner style, you can spam shorthop nair with Lucas in one place. With the right timing, you can wobble the opponent. The opponent falls out at around 300%
Cool video. Pretty helpful. I like that you updated on some minor mistakes with the previous video. Always good to see people improve. That said: excessive volume increases are not funny. At all, ever. For any reason. Stop doing it. Especially to the degree you did in these two videos. Its just annoying tbh and really takes away from the informative nature of the videos. A fun glass cannon build is using the Rodin Spirit (demon style) with either all trade off attacks or a mix of that and trade off ability on Joker. He gets instant Arsene at the start and hits like a truck. However he only gets auto Arsene on the first stock, I personally like to call it. . . . *KAIOKEN ×4*
I have some configurations on the Starfy strategy: Ray Mk 3 |||, 2 lightweight ghosts and one trade-Off speed. I don’t know if this is really better but I don’t have starfy yet so I went with this. You can also true combo from 0 percent grab f throw, short jump, wait a bit, up throw into up air.
I've used this spirit build a lot for farming spirits: Soma Cruz Primary spirit, any giant support spirit, any special move power up or hyper smash attacks. Although to get this spirit with the highest team power, you'll need Soma Cruz primary spirit, any one slot legendary spirit. This spirit build gives you a team power of 16,000+ making it one of the strongest spirits ever.

I use a Hero spirit setup which will do 120hp or 150% I use it to farm, it uses Marx (true form) with Ivan, Wanda, and Mallow to increase magic attack and attack power. It is extremely overpowered
EDIT: back air from Hero can also break shields almost instantly
EDIT: Ganon's special instant kills anywhere anytime and Robin is busted with this setup
Hold on, I tested it and the Mythra/Lyn crits are different (weaker) than hero's. It doesn't raise the odds of hero's crits.

Also, some other builds and things to note in case your want a part 3
Try that back air Mega Man spam build but with palutena n-air instead. Once you get into a certain percent and your inputs are just right, it true combos into itself. I don't think it's infinite but still pretty cool.
Generally speaking, try Gold Mario, which is a 3-slot support spirit that gives super armor, the exact same way that full armor X does, without the move speed drawback, except you can put it on any primary spirit with 3 slots. Any other skills you'll get will have to rely on the primary spirit you use, so in some cases full armor X can still be better, but you get overall higher stats this way. Another thing to note about super armor is that it takes a certain amount of knockback to go through it. Higher defense not only makes you take less percent, but it also makes you take less knockback from attacks, meaning defensive builds with super armor make the super armor last much longer, and still make you harder to kill when it finally gives out.
Probably the best overall SLOW super armor build would be Black Knight with slow super armor and tank style. Good attack and great defense, meaning you get plenty good trades out of your super armor, but you're move speed is basically non-existent so pick your character carefully.
Speaking of super armor, my favorite regular super armor build is Sirius with Gold Mario, playing as Ike. Just spam nair and combo out of it when it hits. Your neutral is unbeatable, enemies can't punish you, and you can punish them even if their attacks land, and as soon as you land it you can follow up. Really effective if used correctly. Again, I wouldn't use any style on this one
In fact generally speaking here, most builds perform better on no style than any other, unless of course it's a gimmick related build that relies on it, like the DK one. That especially goes for Black Knight. The part that makes it broken is that your severely out-stat your enemy while it doesn't sacrifice very much Neutral for it. If you get a trade and your opponent hits you with an F-smash and you land a F-air, guess what? You won the trade. Thus some of the best characters to use it with are characters who get trades often, like super armor users (k rool, Bowser, little Mac) but when you put styles in like lightweight, it throws that huge advantage out the window. Unless your character relies on speed for their neutral, it's not worth the stat decreases. Same goes with super armor. Using lightweight style defeats the purpose because isn't of having to be around 100-ish (130 for defensive builds) your armor's gonna give out around 50-80 while also having much lower defense and weight which means you're gonna die a lot quicker despite the super armor. For most styles, the drawback is stronger than the bonus. I'm not exactly sure by how much, but anything that's reduced is reduced by a lot while anything boosted is only boosted by a moderate amount. Knowing this, I recommend only using a style if you think the bonus will provide an overall stronger build that way. Like for example, if you're using little Mac at all, use land style because there's simply no drawback for him. He doesn't use any of his air moves so reducing their damage isn't going to make a difference. I tend to use the Black Knight+Halberd with Land style for him most of the time. The move speed buff from land style surpasses the debuff from armor knight so it's just like playing regular little Mac except he's statistically a beast.
Another fun build you haven't actually covered yet, shield break builds. Keep in mind, shield damage usually not only scales with shield damage buffs, but also with attack/defense. For most attacks. A few builds that come to mind are
Hades Final form + 2 shield damage up supports
Giratina Origin form + 3 shield damage up supports
Any 3 slot primary (preferably higher attack the better) with 3 shield damage supports.
All of these should be using demon style.
The differences between these 3 are minor. Hades gives overall the best shield break build because of the mix of really high attack and the shield damage buffs, resulting the highest possible shield damage. A down air with ganon can usually one-shot a shield for most other spirit builds. The giratina build is specifically for certain characters with moves that are dedicated to shield breaking (namely puff side b, marth/Lucina neutral b, and Mr Saturn.) These moves actually ignore both attack and defense, and instead deal a fixed amount of shield damage. However, they're still affected by the skills, meaning with this build, puff side b or marth UNCHARGED neutral b will pop an entire shield regardless of the enemy's defense.
The last build is just a bit more of a balanced build based on preference, and it's really just if you don't want that 30% trade off or want better stats.
Hope these helped. I'm actually pretty glad CZcams's finally looking at spirits mode on a now competitive standpoint now. I've been no-lifing this mode some release, so a lot of this stuff I knew before 2019 even got here, and the game released in December 2018

short hops in general will always send you higher than full hops if you have several lightweight and jump spirits equipped.

My favourite spirit combo is Bowser with a fire/explosion boost primary with three slots, then two fire/explosion boost secondary, and one secondary that gives a bomb-omb. It's an insta-win against single opponents (assuming you hit)
Another suggestion: Use Full armor X as a primary, Have a bomber equipped as a support. Go to lil Mac, run up to the opponent and immediately use the bomber. It’s way better than I thought it was gonna be. I’ve won matches under 10 seconds.

There is usually only one Victini in story mode, but you can get 3 with the following steps:
1.make a save for world of light
2.get Victini (in the facility with the zapfishes
3.delete the save (or create a new save)
4.repeat until you have 3 Victinis

So, some correction with the Shaymin spirit: The gravity style gives you more jump height than the lightweight style(like said in the video). Stacking 3 lightweight is not the highest you can go. What you want is 2 jump & 1 lightweight, or 2 lightweight & 1 jump. I'd recommend *Shaymin, Gravity Style, 2 lightweight, 1 Jump.*

With the Queen Metroid setup and the runner style, you can spam shorthop nair with Lucas in one place. With the right timing, you can wobble the opponent. The opponent falls out at around 300%

That said: excessive volume increases are not funny. At all, ever. For any reason. Stop doing it. Especially to the degree you did in these two videos. Its just annoying tbh and really takes away from the informative nature of the videos. Last video had it annoying too, with both the doriyah and the Hungrybox aside being way too loud (the HBox comment sounds like you said it while literally eating your mic, like just gobbling it down and biting, it was awful).
Agreed. It doesn't help that the sounds weren't funny even aside from being loud so being loud just made it even more unfunny.

A fun glass cannon build is using the Rodin Spirit (demon style) with either all trade off attacks or a mix of that and trade off ability on Joker. He gets instant Arsene at the start and hits like a truck. However he only gets auto Arsene on the first stock, I personally like to call it. . . .

I have some configurations on the Starfy strategy:
Ray Mk 3 |||, 2 lightweight ghosts and one trade-Off speed.
I don’t know if this is really better but I don’t have starfy yet so I went with this.
You can also true combo from 0 percent grab f throw, short jump, wait a bit, up throw into up air.
One I have that scares people is giratina origin with side special ups. If they go anywhere near it, their shield is forfeit or they take like 150.

I've used this spirit build a lot for farming spirits:
Soma Cruz Primary spirit, any giant support spirit, any special move power up or hyper smash attacks.
Although to get this spirit with the highest team power, you'll need Soma Cruz primary spirit, any one slot legendary spirit. This spirit build gives you a team power of 16,000+ making it one of the strongest spirits ever.
