  • 500 reps core challenge - Home workout
    You can do this workout at home, no equipment needed. It’s quite easy exercises but when you do 100 reps of each exercise you will feel it in you core.
    Try it out and take 1 min rest between every exercise.
    100 reps of each exercise
    1. 100 reps Bicycle Crunch
    2. 100 reps Ankle touch
    3. 100 reps Butterfly Sit-ups
    4. 100 reps Single leg lifts
    5. 100 reps Twisted leg lifts
