I love being a phlebotomist! Patients are everything to me. Although they are usually never happy to see you, you might surprise them with your skills. And they will remember you. They might even request you to draw them. Phlebotomy is a very rewarding job because trust me you will occasionally surprise yourself too.

What about the number of inversions????
Inversions only apply to tubes with an additive. With that being said Red tops don't require it. Let me explain, one of the main purpose of the additives is to prevent the sample from clotting. Red top need to clot 🤓 and that is why it has no additive ✨
