I love being a phlebotomist! Patients are everything to me. Although they are usually never happy to see you, you might surprise them with your skills. And they will remember you. They might even request you to draw them. Phlebotomy is a very rewarding job because trust me you will occasionally surprise yourself too.

Thank you so much, Yadira, for what you said about the workplace telling you which color tube to draw. This has been my biggest concern as I get ready to start applying to jobs. Order of draw is pretty easy but it's the tubes for tests that kinda concerns me.
