    Would you recommend roller-skiing without poles also for classic or only for skating?

    Thx for the video. I am planning to get into Roller skiing and was wondering if its is a great workout even if you do it on flat roads? My main goal is to spend an hour/ 3-4 times a week rollerskiing instead of running which puts more strain on joints. Would love to hear about the experience of people who roller ski and how to get the best out of an hour workout. Thx :)

      Yes even flat terrain will be a great aerobic workout. That’s the beauty of an all-body activity. Skiing on flat terrain can be less muscularly fatiguing than big hills but still a good workout
