- #PostalPleasures Presents: More Postal Covers, Postcards, & Stamps From Viewer Alan Witty - Part 1 (Early US Flag Cancels)
Please join me while I take a look at another generous parcel of interesting philatelic material from my friend & fellow #philatelist Alan Witty.
This collection of stamped covers and cards is so large I ended up splitting it into two parts and will likely do an additional deeper dive into the German Overprint Stamps from China, Morocco and Danzig. I will post those links here when available.

Great set of covers Alan
There's some really nice ones in there!
Those are some beautiful covers...thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
I believe the picture on the Italian cover is the Tomb of Juliette (as in Romeo and Juliette) Cover at 22:20 is from Petaluma, CA (pronouced just as it is spelled. Growing up in California I remember Owl Drug. It was a chain. Enjoyed the covers very much.
Thank you
I think you're right about the tomb of Juliette. I liked the bold design of the Owl Drug Card. Thanks as always for the info!
At 4:15 with the upside down stamp there might be a reason. My grandmother tells me to never put a stamp upside down as that means you do not wish a response, or any more letters from that person or place. On another note, great mail day!
That's and interesting concept. I did a quick google and the practice seems to be well know but the meanings of the positions seem to be very inconstant.
