Hello im 17 years old and my parents are currently buying a property in order to rent it out. I told them that it would be smarter to get a loan from the bank but they want to use 100% down payment. I dont know how to convince them in order to get all the benefits when u are in debt. Do u or does somebody have some tips? Thanks for your helpful videos!
Your idea is to rent 100% of the profit and not have debt, just pay taxes, and the investment is safer that way. You have to talk to yourself and understand that without credit, you can not buy more properties, and the income is enough for the next property. luck!!

I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.
