    For anyone that's thinking of getting the instructional I highly recommend it. I havent watched it all yet, but I've already learned so much. The guys go into an incredible amount of detail, and its delivered fantastically.

    Is guard retention necessary to master when it comes to mma you think?

      Take my advice with a grain of salt, but imo for mma you should focus on knowing how to retain from half guard and against torreandos, those are the most common in general imo
