Hi! Honestly I didn't think anyone would see/reply to this video :) I'm not on dialysis any longer, but I'm sure that I will need a transplant at some point in the future. Are there any trials you think I should take a look at?
David Burgess' Vlogs I had seen one of your videos on ur issue with davita....also a video which said which dialysis one should go for......so I thought u were on dialysis and subscribed u .......follow the page on this link.... facebook.com/ArtificialKidney/ Also you can google the artificial implantable kidney and read about it.....the link is a Facebook page.....you can read the last posts to understand the updates....they are waiting for fda approval to start with clinical trial.....keeping fingers crossed....
I was on dialysis for about a year. I spent several months on hemodialysis and then was able to finally get switched to peritoneal dialysis almost immediately after the video I made about Davita. I was one of the fortunate few whose kidneys have recovered enough to not need dialysis at the moment, but I will at some point have to go back on dialysis and will have to have a transplant in the future.
