I know this is somewhat off topic and you may already have a fix for dry nose but I just learned this myself and I thought it might be of help to you since you're on oxygen: A great way to help with dry nose and bloody noses is to pick up some Ayr saline nasal gel. It's fairly cheap and will prevent damage to the mucous membranes in your nose.
