The auditions are about one thing, and one thing only - The Voice. Each coach picks the artists that they want to work with based solely on what they can hear. Facing away from the stage, the coaches cannot see what the artists look like. If they like what they hear and want to mentor the voice, they hit their famous red buttons and turn round to see the performer.
With the chance to be personally mentored by one of the four superstars, the artists are hoping that at least one coach turns their chair for them. If more than one coach turns round, the coaches must pitch for the artist, employing their years of experience, their legendary contacts and their unique talents to try to persuade the very best acts to join their team.
Each coach must form a team of twelve artists. Once each coach has a full team, they will advise and mentor them through to the next stage of the competition - the battle rounds.

Speaking personally, I find it's hard to do a cover song, better than the original. In this case, he totally nailed it, and made it his own.

This beautiful, rare and wonderful piece of music and vocals deserves the greatest Oscar in history, in my opinion, because, in all honesty, I have listened to it hundreds of times for 10 years now, and every time I listen to it, I feel that I do not want it to end due to its great beauty and emotional impact, which has left its mark on my heart since... The first time I listened to it... I kept this legendary clip with me for fear that It would have been deleted one day and I would not find it here... How I wished that an album would be released by this wonderful artist with the same performance he gave in the program, but unfortunately it will remain for us a beautiful and unique memory and nothing more.. There is nothing wrong with that, as a lot Of beauty becomes a normal thing, so it should be rare so that we can search for it and feel happy when we find it.

Exactly. Kylie's ethereal vocals make the song truly distinct and powerful because of the restraint in them. The vocals don't indulge in being emotionally intense despite the subject matter. The falsettos in Head have more impact in the original because everything before sounds so robotic.

Totally agree with you. Sometimes you hear or see things and know, they peaked maximum perfection even in a field like music, where there is no formal/agreed perfection standard. This guy is a natural born artist. You can't even describe him as a rough diamond because he is a finished diamond. There's nothing to add, nothing to change, nothing else you can ask him to improve. He's got a unique voice (mysterious, eerie, nostalgic, melancholic, full of emotion and passion); he's got taste for clothes; unique and expressive body language; good looks; and above all he can create! he's songs are different from anything else on the market. It's not just a tremendous sadness that he doesn't have an album on the shelves of any music shop, it's an outright sin. This is the 21st century. A singer of this level should be selling albums a long time ago. Couldn't any of those fancy judges full of cash not invest in him? If I was one of them I would resign from the position of judge the moment Lee Glasson was taken out of the competition and I would promote him myself. You've got to be a total idiot or a very envious/jealous pop star not to support this artist.
