- There are 1000 ways to skin a cat and 1001 ways to make mumma. It is kind of like a punch, it usually contains wine and beer, sometimes liquor and sometimes spices. Everyone has their own recipe. Since I couldn't figure out the “best” or the “truest” recipe I’m giving you three to choose from. The first recipe comes from my farmor, my paternal grandmother. The second is from my long time friend and certified Swede, Daniel. The third version is the simplest and my personal favorite.
