I was in Singapore three weeks ago. Changi Terminal 4 is the most beautiful and modern airport I have ever seen. Just an amazing place.
Palace for introverts
Ahh u right

I donf mind getting my flight cancelled.
I got a small gift at Changi airport this September when I used this contactless checkin
okay. what is the point of the act? perhaps you could state what did you get as a gift? for marketing purposes? :)
YOU SHOULD HAVE TOOK THE GRAPE SWEETS
THOSE ARE THE BEST HAHAHAHA
Yesss the grape Changi airport sweets are so goodddd
Wow....simply ...wow
This layover would have been so much better than my layover at BKK a few months ago. Would definitely add some layover time to check this out.
Sweet stuff! On the bucket list, I guess!
Really amazing airport experience, or leisure traveling experience.
I am proud to be a singaporean

That jobs will be lost? Lols

i work in changi airport and i hope you enjoy the airport.
Indeed! You folks are doing a great job! When arriving from Europe, I´m happy SIN is so efficient, within 20 min after disembarking the aircraft you can be in the cab - including getting your checked luggage. When connecting, there´s no better place to relax, sleep, have fun or eat. You should visit European or Arab airports, then you´ll know why SIN is elected as world´s best airport. I like other airports too, but they are of different class.
@@arnulfdiesel5541 thanks for your reply
Arnulf Diesel dayum. Nicer than spending 2 hours at customs and an hour more until you got a rental car in atl lol
As a cleaner...
Hi I'm from the Philippines, I will Travel this February, May I ask how to go to Terminal 3 from terminal 4? Thanks!
Can you go to T4’s public area from T2 by bus ?
I guess you can as long as you are still in the public area of T2 right ?
One of the thing I love about being singaporean
I'm proud to be working at this airport 😃
Wow....
Really deserves no 1 title...
Shahzeb Khan What?
My hometown!
The ending music please
I want to live in a place like this 😍😍
i will go there in 4 days before christmas😊
"these are real fish" love it
Just went through this terminal and to get wifi it was difficult!

Yeh boi my country very nice
can they scan US passport too or its only for singaporian.
i think that T4 would be the place for people like Jaidenanimations
Yep lmao
And for people with social anxiety
How to check in hand carry luggage?
Can I ask you. I’m arrive terminal 4 and I want to move to terminal 3. How do I get nearest to there. Thank you . Please tell me. Details. This is the first time.
and what about the arrival cards, departure cards and customs
Samar Pratap Singh Did you watch the video?
god i love this guy he’s awesome
What if you have 2 luggages to check in? How to get a 2nd bag tag for the 2nd luggages?
You can request how many bag tags at check in.
Do you have to weigh your luggage and how bout those special size baggage?
Singapore 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
this terminal attracts people with social anxiety like moths in a warm summer night to a street light
Honestly, if I can get a 3-4hour layover in changi and the price difference between the cheapest flight and the flight via changi is below 50USD, I'd go for changi
All this personal data. For how long do they store it?
stfu
Who's Singaporean or PR and hella proud
I live in Singapore but I still haven’t have the chance to go here yet
I thought security cannot film?...or...... .-.
Can, ask for permission
Future
The bag check's scanner is a xbox one sensor
There is actually 3 Xbox Kinect being used for the baggage check-in.
In Singapore, if you have a Singaporean passport, you can go through eLACs, and boom. You passed security without interacting with human personnel.
fair
I M A singaporean true
At normal airport : *FLIGHT CANCELLED!*
Passengers : Ugh! Why it always have to happen!!
Changi Airport : *FLIGHT CANCELLED.*
Passengers : Wooo! I still got time to enjoy my stay!
I've seen Singapore in real life but never went there
Hello
usually the automated passport checks are only used by citizens with nationality of the airport’s country
at least thats what hong kong’s doing
i have been here but do not remember anything
Jetstar Airways and Air Asia Are Relocated from Terminal 1
Why is no human so kool
We are testing this. Please stand with the glitchy glitchys
Well it's not much difference, the people who work there won't even respond to you if you say hello lol (I go to Singapore every year).
Why can't we have this in America?
Dont lie what are these people do on 0:30
It's the information counter. There is really no check-in counter you can see in T4. Actually all terminals in Changi are done this way now. If you get problems some personnel will guide you for the automation. For really special cases there are hidden check-in counters available where personnel will direct you to.
Dabberwalker i checked in my bags with human personnel tho (airline staff), in t4
Im singaporian but i hate the paded floors in changi the luggage keeps getting stuck !!!!!!!!!😑😲🐼

But isn't he interacting with the cameraman?
the problem with Changi airport is no free shower space for customer... if you compare Sydney and KL they have free shower space so annoying when transit in there without shower. I think take 30-50 dollar for just shower hmmm
I have used the paid showers and Its S$16 for lounge showers.
I also used the pool for S$17 and it has a Jacuzzi, hot shower and towels.
Agreed it is a little disappointing that is not free, but at least its not $30-$50.
@@Wtlukd why that lady work in airport.. when I ask her she told me around that price Lol.. weird.. you happy with that price and good value for money?
Lololol the water section voice is weird... I've been there before

Their cyber security have to be best in standards.
Anshay Sardana Actually thats something we are lacking more of,we almost have no "normal" crimes, etc, robbery, murder. However,we have more cyber related crimes, being harder to catch such crimes.
i think anonymous tried to hack into the governments database once but was stopped within a few minutes
Anshay Sardana also now with many secondary schools opting to offer computing as a subject im sure there would be tons of computer programmers in the near fiture
@@chikennuget3634 Remember the 2013 "Messiah" cyber attacks
If you go to changi alot like me cus im singaporian you would know that is not as exciting and its also not the best choice to hope for delays
are u a true blue Singaporean coz you mispelled Singaporean, twice! hhhmm... no shade!!
@@muhammadhafezahmad1593 dang it
Mc Nugget what’s the best choice to hope for delays? Because I got delayed before both in Hong Kong airport & Kuala Lumpur airport and those sucked, nothing to do whatsoever, would have wished I was delayed at Changi Airport anytime. Would like to know where is better than Changi Airport LOL because I highly doubt anywhere else has more facilities
Mc Nugget did I sound rude I don’t mean to be rude but it’s 2018 gotta be careful lol
The Trees and other plants are Real in Terminal 4.
1:14 challenge lost
Too bad mine is terminal 1
1 hour internet only?!
I think only for vistors. If singaporeans or having singapore mobile number will have unlimited access
Its 3 hour for all people not regarding which country u come from.
3 hours then you can renew it. Just scan your passport again.
U can actually download their app which is the ichangi app. Then you can use the internet the whole day.
It’s not one hour internet. The password expires in 1 hour, not the internet.
What do they do with your photo and fingerprint?
Sell it to companies. They have to pay off the koi pond somehow!
XD
they keep it in their database and is stored under your profile as a registered traveler in case of a safety breach they have the data of everybody that enters singapore
Dispose it immediately after you board the flight
Of course for security reason
The future terminal 5 would be better. It will be very big that its probably gonna be the largest airport terminal in the world.
at the same time take fingerprint database from 60million+ passenger a year, genius!
The same fingerprint your phone and passport hold
@@conor20118 my phone store my fingerprint locally and my passport had no fingerprint even they do, only for my country of origin. :)
Your talking to us.... -_-
Obv he has to explain to the viewers
I've seen airports like this in europe..
Don't use usb charging. People can usbjacking
Not at Singapore airport
The camera person is a human. He is interacting, lol.
but the wifi sucks
Amir Ismail you have to sign in, but that’s why your phone is safe. Some airports’ wifi are open but not always safe. And the sign in thing is only for the first time
Been there, works fine
Been there many times, no problems with the speeds and I frequently update my apps there :D :D . If you are talking about getting the password, well it definitely is inconvenient to find the password kiosk. However if you have a local tourist/normal sim card, it is much easier to log on as they can send you the one time password.
You sure talked a lot
No human interaction is quite creepy
Who Stamps the passport????
Lyron Aguiar When using an automated immigration gate, they don't give you a stamp. It is stored electronically in their database to say 'oh that person left Singapore and so on', regardless if they give you a stamp or not.
I was going Seoul as u can see my profile.i went the hello kitty cafe .the people were from china .even do I know Chinese but..
I didn't knew how to say it..so I said may I have a mint ice cream????they gave me a green tea one even tho I'm in love in green tea idc i want mint! abut it's a cool cafe.its on TERMINAL 4( I'm a Singaporean like if u r)
We could indeed trawl some information out from the video. However I have some questions regarding
visa check? It is under whose responsibility? The airlines ground workers or passport control officers?
luggage weight check? if there is an overweighed bag, how will the travellers pay for the extra kilos? ^^
I guess the use of high technologies at public places means more electricity consumption...which leads to higher bills, higher taxes, more natural sources will be used to create devices...lesser job opportunities, our population is growing yet work opportunities is getting smaller...It will be a very tough place to live if this trend continues...
Advantages : People will be driven to study harder and excel in technologies...(higher skilled workers) or some will try to create new types of jobs as technologies/robots will take over service jobs..
i think you can insert notes and coins into the kiosk next to the baggage check to pay for overweight baggage. also, terminal 4 mainly uses natural lighting during the day to save power. as for the job thing, they didnt remove jobs from the terminal they just never added too many
If they don't have enough singaporean dollars..how will they do? use creditcards? What do you mean by natural lighting? the sun? ^^ as for your last statement, that is exactly what i meant ;) anyway, i am more concerned about higher taxes ;) because of added values
ikutsaya123 i think credit cards work too
ikutsaya123 natural lighting is sunlight
ikutsaya123 About taxes,we dont really pay very high taxes here, its ok.
Humans hate humans -- what happens when there are no more humans? Utopia?
I am proud to be I am Australian Chinese and also Shanghainese
Lol I thought you were the kid from NELK this is clickbait
You can keep Singapore. Repressive society and a proponent of shutting down dissenting voices. In addition, this country even have people checking toilets in the airport, after you poop, to see if you leave anything behind so they can fine you. Just an odd place.
uh, they dont fine you for leaving your stuff around? no one goes around checking the toilets after you shit. the cleaners go in and clean when they are supposed to and if they find anything they leave it at the lost and found thing
Over the years the city of Singapore has been described by many as one of the cleanest on Earth with roads and toilets being “clean enough to eat off“, which is perhaps to be expected from a city where it’s illegal not to flush a public toilet.
Also, leaving traces is considered not flushing it.
www.todayifoundout.com/index.php/2015/06/legendary-toilets-singapore-flushing-law/
Colin Yapp
That's a major misconception, they won't find you and give u a fine if u didn't flush the toilet. We Singaporeans have better things to do, we aren't sadistic. We don't make people pay and be sad over small little things. We have better things to do, do research more about us. If you have any questions, u can ask me.
May be true but I experienced it myself in the airport during a layover to Melbourne. I literally had the "bathroom keeper" walk in and look in the toilet and then return back to the basin.
Colin Yapp pretty sure it was coincidence. the cleaner probably looked in to see if anything was dirty so he/she could clean it
