The slow motion baby goat video you didn’t know you need… But do!

- The amount of effort a baby goat puts into each hop is astounding, and only fully observed by slowing down their motion so you can see every twist and turn clearly. They leap so bravely forward. Even the youngest six who are one week old, are full of twists and turns and side kicks.
So many people ask us why they hop, and I’m not sure we will ever know entirely. It is likely some combination of skill development, as herbivores it’s important that they can elude predators with clever fake outs, and also probably to a large degree just for the joy of it. They leap because they can!
Humans could benefit so much by practicing being more, nimble, fluid, and joyful. It is so easy to get stuck in our ways, to feel heavy, and weighed down by the world. The goat kids show us that there is another way.
Thanks for visiting farm friends.

Imagine being that happy to be alive again. I remember when I had cartilage. Wonderful video. Thank you.
“I remember when I had cartilage!” I’m with you and this made me laugh so hard!
😂 Awesome answer! I remember when having cartilage was a given!
OMGosh! I love it!! Hahahahaa!1 That cartilage comment was the best!
This picture of me has been up there for 30 years (or more!) I don't know how to change it! I'm old and decrepit now! Thank you for these "kids"!
My cartilage has been gone for ages and no.....I'll not do a video of me trying to jump!
❤😂👏
The biomechanics of kid motion should be an academic area of research.
It is so fascinating to me!
Maybe they learned AI from them! 😂😅
You put into words what I was groping around to express!
This mesmerising and charming film seemed to EXPLAIN bebeh goats, showing us what they are really at. Born with a fitful relationship to conventional gravity, they dance and bound around, in search of that major leap that’ll allow them to dance up the walls and on the ceiling too!
Thank you, Sunflower people. This should receive an award; a stunningly simple yet brilliant piece of work 🙏🏼👏🏼
Love those bouncing baby goats!
Astronauts in space take note! And this agility enables the mountain goats to survive on those craggy rocks!
Imagine being this happy for no other reason than just because you can 😄pure warm fuzzies ❤
Then we eat them for our pleasure. 😮

They don't have to work, go to school, have bill or have chores. They're just kids.
tomorrow we have to try also. think about , lets jump of see y
yes'... (I try to think about tomorrow. take care
Love em!!!
It’s impossible to watch this and not smile! This is the best depression remedy ever!
💯
Embarrassed to say I cried. Hard. This must be pure innocent joy of just being alive and kicking. Wonderful! It's so damn hard being a human sometimes with what's out there. Here's to pure joy everyday! Lets do this🥂
Didnt expect it could help me feel better
But its working
They look pretty darn serious to me. Maybe they should lighten up. Kick back, relax.
@@br.m
Hahahahaha !
- Wish I had that much vitality.
Yes, I, as a human, experience this as well when I spontaneously dance by myself. It's easy!:)
Lol I cried too!
You are right. I DIDNT know I needed that but I really did. We can learn so much from animals. Run sideways, dont be embarassed, if you fall try again, never give up, play hard, have fun.
They can jump so high, but they still haven't learned to stick the landings...
It is just so adorable, wholesome, joyful, and extremely sweet. TY
Actually all their landings were pretty much perfect. None of them fell down (except for 4:24)
I didn’t see one of them not stick their landing!
Concrete is a bit slippery compared to rock
Insomnia at 5:00 in the morning, home with a sick dog that needs constant care. The world is a mess and nothing is easy. This cheered me up for the first time in months. I envy the goats for being so carefree.
I hope your little pup is comfortable and I'm sending a belly rub to pup and a gentle hug to you. ❤
Same here, but don't give up, stay strong for your pup too. I wish you both the best
These kids are simply experiencing the sheer joy of life bursting out of them. Absolutely wonderous to watch. More please.
Yes and we are all supposed to feel this way!! What a world we would create when we were all jumping fro joy!🤣😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
❤❤❤
What delicious tacos they will make one day!🎉
@@wenmoonson Awwww edge harder little edgebaby, maybe one day you'll be a real edgeboy 💖
something we haven't given our own human children the freedom to just be a kid....
This video should be nominated for some type of award.
OK now all I have to do is figure out how I can put it on a loop on my TV for the holidays. I would play just this over and over. My two favorite things, the nutcracker and goats. ❤
... it's under Setings> Additional Settings > Loop Video ✌🏼
If you're on desktop, just hover your mouse over the video and right-click to bring up the menu. First option is "Loop".
❤
I've never ever seen a video so freaking accurately titled! Why do baby goats make me so happy????That's a mystery that I don't care to solve, because I can just sit here and enjoy happiness for no reason. Thanks for knowing my needs more than I do.
as a harpist who has had to play that nutcracker cadenza many times in the pit, this is the only way I’ve been able to listen to it again without being re-traumatized 😅
Haha I still have ptsd from 5 years of Walking on Sunshine. We had a lot of brass and that song was really popular. It was about 5 times a week. And many songs. I have a long list that evoke terror and dread and all are popular. Hit the Road Jack is another one but I liked the chord progression it was at least fun to play and you could vary it (I did guitar).
I also sang and we did Jesus Christ Superstar. I believe I would kill myself if the choir does it again. Well I guess leaving the choir would be the practical option. But no amount of flying goats will make me listen to that. There is a mute button.
Husband is a horn player. Feels your "Waltz of the Flowers" trauma. As a dance teacher, have a deep desire to start opening the school to four-legged kids.
@@user-lv7ph7hs7l oh my god not Jesus Christ Superstar 😭 for my years in elementary & middle school orchestra we played Vida La Vida every. single. semester. the opening measure still haunts me
@@texasyouthballet7153 hahaha. solidarity with the horn section
😅😅😅😅😅
Setting this to the Waltz of the Flowers was just brilliant! Thanks for sharing your lovely goats.
Given their exuberant nature, I'd think Ode to Joy would have also been a great choice.
How nice we are not censoring Russian music on Utube! I was so glad my little town used Russian music for Christmas ballet not that their mouse died spectacularly enough. But I could have worn a St George ribbon🎉💥🤗💖🎉
Anyone know what the short, second tune is?
…..sounds french … but no sorry.
So therapeutic. Watching these precious babies . The music is perfect. Many thanks .
The music is by Tchaikovsky the Russian composer, from the ballet The Nutcracker. The waltz of flowers.
Those adorable little critters, their fluffy tails, their ears!!! Their frolicsome energy! Their grace! I want a goat!
I am sitting here with the biggest smile on my face, feeling totally happy!!! Just what we all need right now! Thank you for posting!
Yep, same.
Goat ballet....never knew I needed it!!
Whoever filmed this and put it in slow motion with *this* music is brilliant!
Awww! Nothing cuter than a bunch of baby goats flying high, kicking their feet and gamboling about! And the music is perfect! Thank you for sharing!! Just adorable. ;^)
OMG, the sheer joy! I had no real understanding of how random their movement was! That is probably the best thing I've seen in months!
Gives a whole new meaning to jumping for joy 😂
I watched every second of this with a grateful smile on my face. They are adorable. What on earth would they do without each other to play with and without all of that area to investigate? I am happy to see that they have such happy lives. 😘
If you didn't smile or giggle after watching this, you are indeed, a grump on a lump and need to chill and watch more baby goats! I LOVE THIS! SO CUTE❤
The barn floor arena is a magical stage for KidBallet👏
Only the bravest dare do Parkour én Bale, though❣️
One of the finest performances of the Nutcracker I've ever seen! Bravo!
Genius! What pirouettes and timing. A joy to watch these kids literally jumping for joy. Hats off to the ballet master for the adorable Swan Lake improvision!
That's The Waltz of the Flowers from The Nutcracker!
@@patti2729 OMGoodness...you are right! Duhh..a brain f*rt on my part🤣
What’s cuter than baby goats frolicking? Baby goats frolicking in slow motion to the Nutcracker 😂 Love the little guy scaling the bales of hay multiple times 😊
Thank you for sharing this ❤
The slow motion combined with the music make the baby goats look like ballet dancers❣️
Lol yes clumsy ballerinas 😂
THAT WAS SO PERFECT! I didn't know I needed exactly this for today! ♥️🥰
Same here!❤❤❤
Totally!! It's late getting ready for bed and bammm here comes happy lil goats! I mean I really want a little goat in my house lol
Me too❤😊
Who knew baby goats make such great ballerinas!
It just makes me so happy.
Jumping Baby Goats is EXACTLY what we need during these dark days. I sat for the full video with a big fat smile on my face so did it all again. Baby Goat Therapy. Thank You so much!
This is how God truly wants us all to be - so happy like these precious little babies.
So happy Blondie finally made it to the top of the bales!♥️🐐♥️This video should be played in all doctors waiting rooms. My blood pressure definitely went down🌻. Just perfect!💟💕💖
I was waiting for that too...😂
I was rooting for him!
I totally agree with you and I would go as far as to say it should be played in all waiting rooms everywhere😊😊😊😊😊😊
@@KM-wv2og That's a great idea! Especially airports, from😨to😍 in 10 minutes 😆.
The persistence!
I always wondered why baby goats are so hoppy. Now I know they are practicing their ballet moves. And they don't even need the barre! ❤
If we could harness this joy and pass in on to the world what a place we would live in. ❤
I absolutely adore how they hop around with such glee!😻❤️
Ur choices of music were so perfect!! These kids were like watching a ballet! There's flexible & then there's kids. I don't think many of us could do the movers like they do! & when they fall down & get right back to business, I'd honestly still be on the ground being run over by them. I wonder if the older ones still remember those days. Please put more of these on. They're so relaxing to watch!
Occasionally the mamas do it, but they don’t have the same weightlessness!
@SunflowerFarmCreamery yeah that seems 2 happen 2 many of us when we hit a certain age lol
What was the piano piece?
@@grouchocatman The Nutcracker op 71 waltz of the flowers
Reminding me a bit of my two cats when they are acting (?) crazy in the garden lol
That was Awesome, in normal filming we sometimes don't see the kool moves they make because they are so fast. The Ballet music was perfect.
Pure joy knowing you love your farm animals! I never knew they jumped like this….
Baby goats and kittens - the crazy just never gets old!
Perfect music choice to go with their seven ballet movements: plier (to bend), etendre (to stretch), relever (to rise), sauter (to jump), tourner (to turn), glisser (to glide), and elancer (to dart)!
Cool!!!!
Perfect comment 💕
Please post more slow motion videos! My kids find it hilarious. We have "goat time" every morning while I'm doing their hair for school.
How awesome is that!! Ok I’ll work on some more slo Mo for hair time!
These adorable sideways-jumping goats of Orange are a delight and should be shared everywhere as harbingers of new birth, instinct and innocence in motion!
brought back memories....i remember my goat giving birth to twins - on my front lawn! the little billy delighted in chasing my son with his little horns, his sister would stand on the kitchen windowsill watching me cooking! They were delightful.
So this is what "jumping for joy" really looks like - wonderful, 👏🏻👏🏻thank you Sunflower Farm! 😄❤
nah this is what instinctually training to avoid predators looks like.
Wow! These babies are super talented! I love how they can munch hay while doing all these jump kicks and hops!😁🤣🐐💖
The joy of just being. We could learn so much from our animal family❤
This brought so many smiles seeing these lil loves just living their best lives ❤❤❤😊
It's a veritable baby goat ballet! ❤ Bravo! If I could throw roses to them now, I would! Just beautiful.
Even in slow motion, these kids move faster than I do!!🤣👍
😂😂😂😂so true!!!!
Faster AND more graceful than me too😂😂😂
💯🤣🐐
What a beautiful way to end the day.🥰 Good night everyone, I hope everyone has a great day tomorrow, and bless the little goat people ❤️
It seems to me that this is pure joy of being alive ! Great movie . Thank you !
Just watched the other video & now this! How very cute to watch them in slow motion. It does look like a ballet dance!
S U R R E A L !!!! Yes, I DID need this! Absolutely award -winning !! Sensational! Thank you so much, Sunflowers!!
That was beautiful. The music and the dancers were perfect. Thank you!
New life... so amazing & beautiful! I agree with you, they jump & play because they can!
And why not, I ask. I'm sure it's loads of fun!
How cute! It’s like some strange combination of rabbit & cat motions…thank you for sharing these precious babies’ joy!
Almost animal like huh 😂
@@f87115Humans are animals and we sure as hell don't move like that
Great choice of music 😂 loved it !!!!❤even their falls look gracefull ! 😊
Dmitri Shostakovich, "The Second Waltz."
The way their bodies twist while bouncing around is amazing. Very nimble.
Beautiful !! Their jumps seem
counterproductive but soooo much fun 💫
That was beautiful ❤
Happy, healthy little animals. How can this not give you joy?
even better question: how can people continue paying for such beings to be klled.
If you don't think too much about it, it is fun. However, this video was uploaded by a farm that sells goat cheese. If goat dairy farming is anything like cow dairy farming, it is a cruel process for the goats.
Delightful! Such energy and love for life. They can teach us a thing or two. This is the perfect wind down to my day. Thank you so much for taking the time to put the video together and posting it. 🐐💕🐐
Sweetest ballet I’ve ever seen. And the tangoes at the end were a great touch. Love seeing those kiddos having such a ball😺🐈⬛🐈⬛🍀
What incredible energy they have and to see they are enjoying their lives to the fullest!!! Beautiful little creatures!!! ♥️
Came for the jumping, stayed for the music....not kidding around😅.
A true ballet of joy!
Awww!
Reminds me of the first time I danced in public! 4 years old. I don’t think think that I was that graceful! We had pretend that we were flowers dancing to Tchaikovsky .😂❤😮
Now you’ve seen how it is supposed to be done, I’m sure you’ve improved immensely lol
The most enjoyable video I've seen in a long time! I never even knew that I liked Ballet. We should enjoy Life this much.
I rarely laugh out loud. It's even more rare for me to sit with a goofy grin for 8 minutes!❤😂❤
My cheeks are sore from smiling for 8 minutes ❤
what cheek
Ayo?
😁
It’s simply amazing how these wee babes can contort their little bodies so much, and have a great time doing it!! 💜💜💜
Baby goat ballet. The best animal performance so far in my memory.
How adorable!!!! These little ballet wannabe's have made my day!!! Thank you for this delightful Performance. 🌷❤
Love your comment. Thank you.
Balanchine would love this...
Your kids giving the Royal Ballet a run for it's money is joyful to behold! 🎵 🐐🎶 🎉
If you're having a bad day, watch this. My face hurts from smiling. Those babies have their "Air Jordans"on.
Loved this.

They’re just so! adorable! They live for jumping & testing out their toes. I love watching them…
This needs to be set to Van Halen's "Jump"!
Next one!
Love this, Hope. Amazing to see their gymnastics in slo-mo. They just go where their hoppiness takes them. Going "splat" doesn't discourage them one bit. ❤❤❤
Hi frnds
Hi bro
Baby Goats: Redefining Joy since forever. I freaking LOVE 💕💕💕 this video.
Such great fun watching, so entertaining. What a great escape from the craziness were living in. Thx 4 sharing😂
The achievement of the one baby goat getting to top of the hay stack made me smile and cheer his agility
I found myself cheering him on. C'om on you can do it!
Waltz of the Flowers for these Precious Children. Joy and agility in every leap. ❤
THANK YOU FOR MKING THIS. I LOVE SEEING
THE LITTLE ONES ROMPING AND JUMPING AND
PLAYING. SO MUCH FUN!
I start every day watching these baby goats. Makes me happy. Thank you SFC for posting.
Awwww! I love that the goats are part of your days!
Fabulous! You were right; I had no idea I needed to see slow motion baby goats playing and leaping to classical music! Thank you! I think you need to go viral with this and many more to come!🥰
Tchaikovsky was an excellent choice for this sublimely delightful video--baby goat ballet. 💘 💘 💘
They are so well cared for, happy, fed, freedom, open space for movement ,beautiful and healthy!! It's amazing and joyful to behold! ❤
*My Mother* passed away on April 5th, 2024.
On 3-31-24, *this is the last video I sent her.*
Her response (I will never forget.) which was classic Mom, beaming with her love for life. She called me excitedly, while laughing, and said: *"Waltz of the Flowers! Yes! I needed that - put a big smile on my face as I ate my morning cereal. xoxox"*
My MOTHER WAS *THE ONLY WOMAN* WHO has ALWAYS LOVED ME FOR ME. Especially my excitement for life, the beauty (even microscopic) of nature, and how I am often overwhelmed with how much beauty I see.
Which was mostly her endless beauty, teaching me to be myself.
Edit: stupid google autocorrect
Oh I am so sorry for your loss!!!! I can tell even from this short post that she was a lover of life!! And she passed that on to you! I miss my mom every day, but the feeling of being totally unmoored does get better with time. Take care of yourself!
@@SunflowerFarmCreamery - Oh, thank you. I still come back here every other day to watch _this_ video when I need a smile.
And thanks to my Mother's comment, I broke out my Tchaikovsky records.
I have this saying my Mother loved: Think about the word emotions and, see the word, write it out. E *motion* s are made to move.
Your farm makes me (and us) happy.
My Father was into music, and when he passed away 18 years ago, I introduced him to Sébastian Teller's "La Ritournelle." about two months before. He played it on repeat for hours.
I am happy to be alive but desperately sad.
Thankfully, I can get some grief services-something that was not available with my Father's death.
@SunflowerFarmCreamery - P.S. -
Your choice of the word unmoored. My Father raised me, and we spent our (my) formative years sailing around the coastline. We used to talk about the feeling of being unmoored along with the silence of the sea while staring at the sky, being taught to navigate.
Yes, we were having a much more philosophical conversation, but that is for another day.
The Flying Goat Ballet! Perfection! ♥️🐐♥️
Bravo!
They're so adorable and clumsy at the same time.. I can't stop watching them!!
Probably the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen totally adorable! I want goats 🐐 there amazing 🥰
That's what jumping for joy looks like 💕
I would never leave that place - I would just play with those precious babies all day. So fun and beautiful to watch. thanks for sharing.
Who knew that they hop sideways! It's like you can almost see the rotation of the earth pulling them over as they jump! What a lovely view ❤
This video confirms my goal for 2024 is to approach each day with an attitude like these munckins, happy to be alive, sheer joy of my body still able to move and the innocence of exploring life that day with joy and appreciation
Beautiful ballet done by baby goats. Bravo ❤❤❤
There is so much joy and thrill in their movements!
Nope - didn’t know I needed this…I was misinformed. Delightful. Nothing cuter than baby goats or lambs with the Zoomies. Such pretty babies ! Thanks for this. 👍👏👏🇨🇦🐐
Oh my gosh, I can’t handle all this cuteness! I want a baby goat now! 😅
