- Sometimes a re-edit can be mistaken by a remix and vice-versa. This is one of those times.
I made this one using the official 12'' version, taken from my own CD single, and rebuilt it by chopping and looping the best parts that I liked the most, rearranging the whole track and adding external elements, such as beats, percussion and F/X. The beat per se is comprised of 3 complete beats together, taken from other tracks.
The video was also rebuilt (extended) to best taylor the new duration of the track, by my good friend Jorge Justiniano Becerra.
Faith (In The Power Of Love) is originally an iconic House track from 1991, written by Nigel Swanston and Tim Cox, and beautifully sung by the diva Rozalla Miller.
It is part of her album EVERYBODY'S FREE, and it was first released as a single by the independent label Pulse-8 from London, UK.
It has charted at n. 4 in the US Billboard Hot Dance/Club Songs and at n. 11 in the UK Singles (The Official Charts Company) between 1991-1993.
In 2020 Rozalla is back as Rozalla Miller, with her new single MAGNIFICENT through Energise Records.

Great mix. I can hear you have added the bass line of Shine On featuring Biti. They used that line in a lot of tracks back then. Respect.
In fact, it was just the percussion of the intro from Shine On...a 4 bars loop that did the magic!
