This video shows the basic assembly, but I wished more detail was given on getting the hinge post assembly correctly aligned. Mine was mislabeled and I carelessly got it assembled 180 degrees backward. Don't trust the little letter labels - refer to the printed manual to make sure you have the correct orientation.

If I understand well you can put two sets of wiggle wire in one channel lock, one wiggle wire for the end wall plastic and another wiggle wire for the roof plastic. Is that correct?

That is correct.

The dutch door kit does work with 14ft and 16ft tunnels, but you ship 8 spring wires and channels with the dutch door kit. That isn't enough to complete the installation for a 16ft tunnel with the lift kit. Please adjust your shipping amount to 9 or 10 wires and channels. I didn't realize this until the very end of installation and had to pack everything up and wait 3 more days unfortunately.

I love the door and purchased another for the other side. I had the same issue with the wiggle wire being short and they shipped extra wire. Now with my second purchase, 3 years later, I was shorted wiggle wire again. Fortunately, I had extra from the last time. They still haven’t adjusted the wiggle wire needs, so be prepared.
