You will need and air exchange or the plastic will bounce like thunder. I suggest two 8" pieces of PVC on both ends. A U-Shape will act like a Trap heat withtout loosing any heat. They use these in WI to keep doors from slamming!

Do you put two pieces of wirelock in the same spot on the channel, one for the door and one over that for the tunnel plastic, or only one piece for both the door and tunnel plastic? Looks like you are using two in some of the video.

So have you already cut off the extra plastic that formed the plastic cone at the end?

Yes, you remove that plastic if you want to install a different type of end wall like this Single Zipper end wall.

Hey Johnathon I’m really interested in buying the 16’x100’ Gothic. If I put up purlins can it support hanging tomatoes?

Hi! I am the product manager at FF. The tunnel you see in the video is actually a 16x50 Gothic Pro. You don't have to add extra purlins to support hanging tomatoes. In the case of caterpillar tunnels, extra purlins can create pockets that can hold water and snow, which increase the risk of collapse.
I am very confident that the 16x100 Gothic will support hanging tomatoes.
