Both of them were doing some bass. You could hear the low notes behind Tim's solo, that was Chance. Their 5 part harmonies are so beautiful. It sounds warm and comforting.
Just got back from church. After the service (lessons & carols), we had a countdown to mid day. I played this when the clock hit 12. This is the best rendition of this song I have ever heard!! 😊❤

A great way to start the year, great music by some extremely talented men. I just recently heard their cover of Patsy Cline's Crazy. You should give it a listen. Absolutely beautiful.
Great reaction, Ginger. It's quite common to see Tim and Chance move one of their hands as if directing the melody. Seeing Adam do it here, given how infrequently he sings, makes me think its difficult to be still as his natural inclination is to be 'active'.. as he is while beatboxing. To see more of Chance: I Can't Outrun You, Workin' For a Livin, Finally Free, Castle on the Hill...although there are more where he's featured. As mentioned, any collabs he's done with The Hound + The Fox are amazing (he excels as balladeer) and check out his YT channel for his solo work.
As a friend was sharing, used to be that when a troubling year came to a close, we were very hopeful that the next one was certain to be better. Given recent years, I think many of us are now trepidatious. Crazy world, crazy times...what next. One day at a time.

One reason I love this video is because they were relaxed enough to forget themselves and allow their hands to do what comes naturally to an a capella singer. Unlike in Forever and Ever, Amen where they all have their hands in their pockets to keep still.

Nice reaction! IMO, Chance hasn't released nearly enough songs on his own; wish he'd do more. Two of my favorites: 'If Only I Could Fly' and 'Pancho and Lefty'(no video). And like already mentioned, 'Wayfaring Stranger' with H + F plus, when they turn around at the end, they perform 'The Sound of Silence'. Beautiful. Oh, and Chance takes the lead in Home Free's cover of 'Cover Me Up' (stay tuned for a surprise at the end).

Someone posted a list of the songs that Chance has either lead or a major lead part the other day and it was impressively long. I'm not sure i have all of them, but here's at least a short list - manhyof htese aren't reacted to a lot, so we odn't get to see/hear him.

First, let me start by saying Happy New Year Ginger, your hair looks fantastic. I found your channel yesterday while I was watching reactions to "Voctave-Where are you Christmas". Here I am, 24 hours later having watched every one of your Home Free, Voiceplay, Geoff and Voctave reactions. It was amazing to watch your growth over the past 4 months since you started doing reactions. I feel confident that your Home Free list is still lengthy so I wont suggest any. Instead, I will suggest you watch Rob Lundquist and Austin Brown-Nessun Dorma, Chance has some good stuff out there but I think I'll suggest his version of Hurt with The Hound and the Fox (which will introduce you to them, they are amazing humans). You also need to get to know Sweet and Low Music Co.its a group that Austin and Tim formed. Speaking of Tim, he released a Doo Wop album and you cant go wrong with any of those songs. Last but certainly not least, there are several videos of Adam Chance doing his thing. Between your Home Free list, Voiceplay list, Voctave list (please do the Disney Princess Medley) and what I just presented, you should be good for a while but we are all here to give you suggestions.
