- Why are you so orange? I do not fake tan, it's the filters on my camera and they can sometimes turn me warmer than I am depending on the light, although I am quite tan naturally in person (I'm Italian)

went to goodwill yesterday to try to find some new sweaters for fall. I ended up leaving with 2 Hawaiian shirts and 6 dollar roller skates(I dont know how to roller skate)

Claire Katsos i know you probably hear this a lot but i recommend just going and searching through everything. i go to a lot different thrift stores and there’s definitely a lot of not so cute stuff but there’s also really cute things. just keep looking and keep your mind open to all the options :)

I’m on Weather Channel overload, anxiously watching Hurricane Dorian since we are still in The Cone here in central Florida, so your cheery fun uplifting presence was JUST what I needed today! Super sunny Sunday now thanks to you, this meant a lot to me! The denim skirt was my favorite item, you always manage to thrift the most vibrant shades of blue denim! And I could SO relate to that anxiety/near-panicky feeling when you are stuck in a garment trying to wriggle your way out of it! It’s the worst when you are in a dressing room with nobody to help you escape the offending item! It made me laugh because I’ve been there more than once! Laughing with you, not at you! ❤️🙂 You’re the BEST❣️

hey Alexa about the skirt and the beat situation, I understand. I would recommend putting your belt on then getting a clear elastic band like the one you use in your hair. slip that on your belt and then put the excess belt underneath that it will be like your belt loop. This will keep the belt in place and you won't have the excess of the belt sticking out. (WHICH IS NOT CUTE) love ya girl

I love thrifting cus you find unique items, but I can't go thrifting so I do it by going on eBay and also most of the items are brand new and still thrift cheap, I usually type in a brand and my size into eBay and have found some amazing and unique things that I love. I like the boho hippie/ 80s look. I also got a vintage looking denim jacket from the mens section in primark and brought some embroidery patches and sewed them on, I got a campervan, the word peace and a tiger patch. I love it so much

if you find something itchy at the thrift store that you love and it's cheap try soaking it in warm water and massaging hair conditioner into it then wash!
