    I just stumbled on this video. I'm 39 single but hoping to find the right guy and get married. I have started the egg freezing process waiting on my AMH level and praying that all goes well. Thank you for your videos, it has been an emotional ride so far but I'm grateful.

    Thanks for that information, I just realized in todays video you’re in my area. I’m having a second round of IVF for eggs retrieval next month after a failed one. This will hopefully be followed by L. myomectomy. Your videos on injections are helpful.

    I am about to complete testing before a first cycle but I am still so unclear about the process, thank you for this video! I’ve learnt when ovaries are expected return to normal size for a start:)
    Does using oral birth control suppression before the stimulation optimize mature eggs retrieved in a statistically significant way? I’ve been worried about this. Given a choice to use birth control before or to skip and go to stimulation directly how should one decide? I was given both options

      Thank you so much for watching! This is a great question. I would advise you to consult your medical provider, as I can't give medical advice to personal situations on social media. I have a lot of content on the subject on this channel, website drlorashahine.com, CZcams and Instagram account @drlorashahine that are great sources for you

    Hi Dr. Shahine, I would like to know How Long is Too Long to Keep IVF Embryos Frozen in terms of successful pregnancy?

    • @drlorashahine
      @drlorashahine  Pƙed 2 lety +1

      There is no 'shelf life' for frozen eggs. The longest an embryo was frozen, thawed, transferred and resulted in a life birth was 29 years! This happened in the UK in few years ago.
