@@sunnieemerson6814 that I don’t believe. I lost the love of my life in October of 20. I know that as a Christian to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. My husband has a new life with Jesus. He would be sad if he knew about me and our children and grands weeping because we miss him so much. Only God knows what’s going on down here.
My husband thank the Lord does not and Jesus is his all and All. So, as nice as it would seem and I wouldn’t want my husband sad. it is a better beginning now for those who die in Christ. No more tears for them. Just for us! I pray that all of us who grieve will stay in the loving arms of our Lord, obeying Him and growing in truth. The truth of His word.
To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

It has been an amazing journey for you and your family. I have been faithfully following along since the days of Can You Duet. I have cried many tears, smiled even more, and laughed twice as much as the other 2. God put you on this Earth to be an inspiration to others. How can 1 man go through the things you have been through, and face the things you have and will face and still have that stone wall faith!! I finally got to come see you at the barn last month, I cant even begin to describe how wonderful that was. Although I looked like I have a HORRIBLE case of the allergies in my picture of you and I.
I've read (and own) every book, watched every Joey and Rory show, listened to (and own) every cd you and Joey released, read all your blog stories and have watched every CZcams video. So now I get ready to watch a new chapter of your life open up with Indiana and the rest of your wonderful family.
You are such a great example of taking each moment as they come and holding fast to your faith in God. ❤

I have watched most of your vlog and my heart breaks and at the same time celebrating that you and your wife are a part of Gods family. I will do my best to pray for your older daughters that they will come to have a personal relationship with there maker. I think of your Indy often and my hope is she will continue to show you the world though her eyes. My nephew has a five year old daughter, Riley, she also is born with downe syndrome. Keep the faith and I pray you continue your walk in life with your Lord Saviour and the cherished memories of your wife in your heart and mind.

I have just recently started watching the Joey and Rory Show on RFD. Family is family. They need you to hold everything together and Rory, you are strong enough to do this. I commend you on all you have done before, during and after the passing of Joey. You are an amazing person, preacher, teacher, and father. And to Joey an amazing husband. My dad had to bury my mom when she was 42. He took to alcohol to helf drown the sorrows. You have chosen a different root. I love this channel, love your family {especially Indiana} and you.. I know you can do this because you have God standing with you..

Hey, Rory... I've been a reader/follower of your blog since before Joey passed away and, although I'm not much of a country music fan, something attracted me to you and your stories from the start. It was only later that I learned part of that attraction was due to the fact that you were fellow believers in Christ. I am very much looking forward to your vlogs and pray that God blesses you for sharing more of your life through which you can continue to bring greater glory to Him. It was also a treat to see Justin Rhodes video of his recent visit with you and tour of your house. I love old houses (own one myself) and history, especially learning about the lives and experiences of people in our past.
