    Keep posting milo. Always good content. Your swing method is the same as gankas. Produces maximum speed. The first transition move where you squat while leaving the hands behind will slot the club perfectly, getting the club on perfect plane to deliver the perfect blow. milo, can you go over rotation? Without rotating swing gets to armsy. Thx for posting.

    Without doubt these are the power moves to effortless power. When I’m in transition my left hip moves down and I feel like the club closer to me (lag) then it’s flow rotation

    milo, i'm left handed and golf right so when i'm loading up i feel the muscles on the left side doing most of the work back and through. do you think i'm losing out by not getting the right side more involved and what mussels are you feeling. i strive for left shoulder under the chin and left hip and knee back and the the down swing just kind of happens with some thought of proper rotation and i can hit it good most of the time. i'm 71 and the driver is 220, 230 or maybe 240 carry and the 7 iron is only 130, 12 hdcp..

    I have recently subscribe to your you tube channel and enjoyed them, also found them informative.
    One question though. When making the downswing in your practice swing your head lowers but when you make a swing and hit the golf ball it appears that this doesn't happen.

      It is desirable to have that lead shoulder's first move in transition more down (you call it a drop) than toward target, correct?
      And if down, what's a good thought? I suspect lead shoulder is almost pointed toward trail foot in first move down. That would be same as shirt buttons pointing to trail leg..shoulder closed, back to target.

    How do I stay calm and stop being so anxious to hit the ball causing me to go too quick or snatch from the top when I’m actually playing a game? Practice swings are so much easier

    • @The_Fantasy_Arter
      @The_Fantasy_Arter Před 3 lety +1

      Raymond, turn your arms off at the top of your backswing and as you begin your transition. This will allow the club to lay off and drop to the slot as you rotate your torso to center and put weight back to your left leg. (The squat move). Hope this helps. Don't force it let gravity do the work on the downswing.

      @@The_Fantasy_Arter so could one simple swing thought be turn hips when you transition before your forward swing

    • @The_Fantasy_Arter
      @The_Fantasy_Arter Před 3 lety +1

      @@raymondmedemblik5034 yes, your hips open about 30-40 degrees at top of backswing, then think about getting hips to square while leaving hands behind and turning arms off, gravity will direct the arms into the slot naturally. Look at 3:08 of this video,. Practice this, also keep your left arm straight, this will create width and prevent you from over rotating on your backswing. I'd start with 3/4 swings at half speed to develop this feel.

    • @MiloLinesGolf
      @MiloLinesGolf  Před 3 lety +2

      It's natural to have this happen on the course, it takes practice and commitment. The ball is merely in the way of that practice swing ;).

  • @Latebloomergolf
    @Latebloomergolf Před rokem

    Thats exactly why Daily has always been a long hitter. He lets the club head load so far back somehow as he makes his move towards the ball and explodes into the slot. Not the strongest guy but he knows how to use all the levers the right way.

    Unfortunately if you tell most male golfers to load,coil stretch on the backswing they will put far to much muscular effort into it and sound like a strangled duck at the top,Henry talks in a normal voice. Yes you do activate muscles,ignite softly, as you get into position, like you would to throw a ball. But its transition onwards where athletic dynamic use of muscles occurs. Im sure that like me you could take the club to the top,whistle Dixy! and still hit a good shot just like you could in tennis,baseball,cricket etc.

    • @MiloLinesGolf
      @MiloLinesGolf  Před 3 lety

      Correct the muscles are loaded in transition. There should be very little tension in the backswing.
