I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I got a diet plan from Dietarize and started doing some exercises at home. My family was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it... I lost 77lbs thanks to my dieta and dedication, and I'm feeling a lot happier now. I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath.😀

Everyone did awesome, so excited that your sister hit her goal!! I'm glad you did it for 90 days, it's still an incredible achievement, but 90 days is more likely to build long term habits. If people try this and actually stick it out the whole way through they will see a massive change I'm sure!

@@davidlikes2run no, it won't as long as you are training with good form. If you train with bad form it could result in an injury to growth plates, which will/could stunt growth.
