This is literally insane like george joined them and how the crew walked for 30 MILES so they basically did almost the whole challenge aswell
I did Tough Mudder in 2014, and I was also among the last off the hill. I finished so late that they'd turned off the showers, and I just got sprayed with a cold water hose instead. It was really challenging, really rewarding, and some day I hope to do a mud race again. Unfortunately I currently have a few issues that would make it literally impossible, which I need to overcome in the coming years. Congratulations on getting through!
Arjen is such a great friend, he stayed with Browney throughout, and didn't go too far ahead to complete the challenge earlier..

This is the type of video that is what you want on a boring day that gives you energy and motivation.
I cried while watchnig this, when you guys made it to the finish line. Im an OCR runner from Serbia, just started 2 years ago, and did my first Spartan Race this year in Croatia in July. The emotions at the finish line are out of htis world. You guys are absolue legends. Shoutout to George, the man, the myth, the legend!

I went for a run today and did some pushups, fluttterkicks and burpess. I like watching this channel as i feel i connect and get more motivated. Exercising is really fun and super beneficial 😊😊

Video idea: do a murph every day for 30 days. (A Murph is 1 mile, followed by 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 squats which can be in any order, followed by another mile, all while wearing a 20 lbs weight vest) please do this

With 10 or 15 km this could be really fun imo. But 42km? That's insane.
Even in my prime shape in my early 20s when I ran betwen 10 to 20km 3 or 4 times a week and went to the gym 2 or 3 times a week I can not imagine me doing this. Without the obstacles for sure or with obstacles and less distance it would have been posdible for me.
But like this it is totally insane
