Low HSE practice noticed here, Innoson management needs to look into this, majority of the people in his factory doesn't put on safety gears

Anambra Government should pour some Funds in Innoson Motors to Modernize, innovate and Expand the Factory to world Standard as Japan and South Korea did to Toyota and Hyundai. Innoson Motors should eventually go public so that it could compete in world Auto manufacturing Business. It could create jobs and bring in needed Foreign Exchange which Nigeria needed so badly. The irony is that Nigerian Government and Leaders are going over the world begging for investment but ignoring the vast amount of Nigeria's skill and Resources within the Country. Nigeria need enlightened Leadership so bad.

Innoson should be advised to quote IVM on the floor of Onitsha stock exchange, where he may hold between 50 - 70% of the company & other interested Anambrarian may become shareholders through an IPO, this will ensure that the company keeps running even when he's gone, & will also help him raise more funds for automation of their processes.

You're so on point. Even Soludo previously lamented on this very phenomenon during his town hall with importers right b4 the Anambra Investment summit, describing how so many great & historic igbo-owned companies collapsed the moment their founders died
Importantly, if innoson lists it on the stock market for Nigerians to buy into, it might help reduce the level of animosity from other regions, esp when they have a stake in the company

Governor Soludo you are highly highly connected globally please use your position now to invite presidents of other countries at least African presidents....i am very sure that it will create more space for Innoson and Anambra state government globally. We don't need to think Nigeria but Anambra state and all the Igbos in every nick and granny of this nation. This wicked federal government of Nigeria has been very brutal to us.
