@@MrProdigy810 Nah, I compared a game that set up amazing world to a games that followed and butchered it.
DA:O was named a Baldurs Gate 2 successor and it really felt like that. Gritty, gore dark fantasy filled with as many intrigues and politics, as magic and monsters. It was a mix between G.R.R Martin's "Song of Ice and Fire" and J.R.R Tolkien's "Lord of the Rings" and then the DA2 came out, destroying that "Baldur's like gameplay", making out of the DA some final fantasy shiet, Inquisition followed (sadly) DA2 with it's style and thats was the end for this original series that had huge chance to build up great franchise.
@@lxdead5585 u know there's another game coming right? DA2 played completely different and it had a lot of failings but I wouldn't call it or DA Inquisition bad.

Oh and also hes now Canadian
awwwww leliana is so sweet. sometimes you forget that underneath all that chantry sister seriousness lies an adventurer who just wants to have fun and own pretty shoes
As it happens, I, too, was thinking about shopping for new shoes.
I love Leliana so much...
Most of us were thinking (gasp) Shoes!
she is like: "Kiiiiill meeeee"
i can sense it
Well, shit. Its been a fucking while, more then 10 years, but still Morrigan is the best (woman) character ever existed in any book/film/game. As for me, of course. This is the woman I return to every year, if not 6month. Morrigan's simp right there, gentlemen.
You're not alone brother.
Y'know everytime I see a video clip from this diolouge on my CZcams or Twitter, I rewatch it as if I haven't heard/seen this diolouge 101 times. 😭✋
Damn a lot of people still love this game.
Tis most disturbing!!
@Gi Gi I think Morrigan didn't like the way Leliana looked at her ^^
@Gi Gi Judging by Inquisition, I think Morrigan mostly put up a tough act in Origins. Pretty sure they consider each other something close to friends now.
But what I meant was that she didn't like Leliana looking at her like that because she isn't into women. She clearly took the fashion advice to heart though which is kinda cute :-D
Oh great ! Now I want to play it again
Everyone but Leliana and Morrigan talking, not because it's a game, but there was no need for words than what Leliana already told her.
Leliana went from being a silly girl to a ruthless spy mastermind (potentially the Divine).
I still remember some conversations and the majority of locations in this game and i played it 10 years ago. Unlike Assassins Creed which i played 2 years ago and remember nothing. Just a single quest and that's it. Shows the difference between quality and quantity writing.
So true. I can still remember most of the dialogue word for word. Meanwhile, I couldn’t even remember Corypheus’ goals in DAI.
or you just gettign old... believe me i still know every single sonic 1 level by heart, but i don't know what was even the game i was playing yesterday
I’ve never had this dialogue 😭
When Morrigan almost had a friend
Ah, Blood dragon plates, man of culture
I love Morrigan so much and Lel is a trip here lmao thanks algorithm
"I would sooner let Alistair dress me"
Alistair: yes ma'am, don't we have a camp to get back to?
Morrigan well always be best Warden romance cant ever change my mind
A happy family
Well you're just wrong.
Shopping? With morrigan??? Oof that won’t go well I imagine. 😂
God I miss this game.
"stop looking at my breasts like that. Tis moust disturbing"
I love this sequence.
Oh! Shoes!
Ah, Dragon Age Origins, thank you for making me remember this game, i love it so much
god i love leliana sm. its been ages since i played dragon age. i only ever played origins on console. but during the last steam summer sale i got da:o, da2 and inquis so im excited to replay da:o and experience the other two first time.
The ominous music pick up though xD
These characters seems to Cold in inquisition
They have their reasons but I understand what you mean.
Claudia Black best acting is always when she is using witty humor like when she plays Vala Mal Doran in Stargate SG1
Sad that they completely murdered Leliana and replaced her with an imposter wearing her flesh in DA2 and DA3.
Is anyone else driven slightly crazy by the fact that Lelliana is always switching between a French and British accent? It's almost like the voice actress worked on two accents and just couldn't choose one lol
She has a Ferelden mother who raised her in Orlais. Did the VA incorporate that nuance in there?
Ahh, it's clear that I didn't pay enough attention at the beginning of the game lol. Definitely missed that detail
Apparently that is the voice actress' actual accent
@@mynameisfuzzy1 now that, I can't believe
_"Just look at the floor, and pretend you didn't hear anything."_ -Alastair.
I haven't played any dragon age games, seeing this well written (and voiced) banter is giving me an itch to go and finally try this game out.
You won't regret it. Side note, if you start out with Origins. Play as every race, there's a different origin story.
God damn i love that ginger spy!
"i'd sooner let alistair dress me" and then she wore that exact same outfit to the winter palace
when the prep wants to make friends with the goth
It was a damned crime when they made Leliana grimdark in Inquisition and stripped out her coquettish mischief and humanity
DA:O's dialogues made me love this game.
The next Divine, ladies and gentlemen!
the irony being that the dress Leliana describes is the very same dress that Morrigan would go on to wear at the Orlesian court in Inquisition.
my boi dragon age receiving some love finally
"How to make a bad bitch" by The Nightingale Leliana.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Origins one of the best games ever. You need to replay it at least 3 times to fully experience it. Each playthrough is different. Has the best companions out of all dragon age games. Hope DA 4 has an actual camp mechanic while you're travelling around the tevinter imperium after than a fixed safehouse like hawkes mansion or Skyhold. Miss camping under the stars with a band of companions.
I love the original 3 but have very little hope for 4, sadly. That company has been in terminal decline for years.
@@damianwarneke305 you need to check out Jackdaw on CZcams mate.
You gotta atleast play through each possible type of player. I've played origins about 18 times now, I played dragon age 2 once, kinda sucked, I'm on my 12th time on inquisition. Its the only game series I like. Used to be a big zelda fan and Mario kart when i was a kid.
@@damianwarneke305 no it just takes time to give us what we want in aesthetics and gameplay. I have been keeping up and I like what I see so far in previews. It's not going downhill at all.
@@traciesays9608 good to hear. I haven't been paying much attention to the sequel. Still have only tried like half the origins of the original 3.
I know this game is old but it is just such a great game. I enjoyed every second of it.
I remember this convo
Ah nostalgia. I really should play the entire Dragon Age series over again.
Oh this a Game i'm will love to see Remaster with all the DLC also .
they could have done much of that in Inquisition
damn i love morigan i wanna play my warden again in a future game with morigan at his side. i wanna see more of the releationship they have.
The only game were companion dialog was worth listening too...sigh good times..
It's also the only one where they were easy to hear, because to hear those in Inquisition ... It's really painful. There, in Origins, it was enough to pass at certain points, like this bridge in Orzammar, or in Redcliff, and we were heard, for one that we have members who had a dialogue ... while in Inquisition, I I have never managed to have these dialogues when I wanted.
Nope, never thought that. Got a mod to cover Morrigan up.
Never had that scene happen because I never had those 3 together I think. Wish I did haha 😂
