G'day everyone, a different video with me going through some 50 cent coins from a batch brought in by someone wanting to swap out some of their collection.
G'day Dan, what a great opportunity to hunt through a bag of coins like that, like you say you never know what gems you might find to add to or upgrade your collection, I haven't seen so many Fed & languages coins at the one time, looks like you found a couple of nice keepers, thanks for sharing the joy of collecting. G'day PeterJ, I occasionally get people wanting to swap out their coins and do get some great finds as a result. I reckon I'll have to do a few more of these video's as if and when the next batch comes in. It was a huge stack of Federation and Indigenous Languages coins, but it was such a shame to see that they were all in average to bad condition. Oh well back to the wild with them so someone else can have a crack at finding them, have a great weekend mate, cheers Dan.
Hey Dan, What an impressive video. These coins are out there, it just takes a bit of real circulation and they get around in the system to those people who are looking for them. I do cull my circulated coins every year and let some of the older coins back into the wild to be enjoyed by others in the community. I think it has given me an idea for later in the year. Thanks for sharing this experience.
G'day Phil, thanks mate, had a ball going through that bag but I think I did hurry it a bit as my average video is only around the 4 to 5 min length and at 10 minutes I was I was getting a bit concerned at its length and whether anyone would be bored with all my talking and such. Alls well as it seems to be we received so far, cheers Dan.
