Ay qiun im a big fan of yours. Can you please pin this comment on your next video?
Quin, you are my favorite coin roll hunter. Love listening to your dialog as you investigate the rolls- love how you build the tension of "is this the ONE"...
Thank you for your support!
I save all my Canadian pennies, especially since being discontinued.
I would quickly run out of space keeping all 😂 here in Vermont I get so many Canadian coins
Same, i keep almost all the foreign coins I find. I once found a Bahamas penny in my pocket change
@@dariontaylor2527same here. I'm in Alaska, lol
Same even tho I’m in Tennessee and I have old Canadian pennies
Great video! Starting to get into coin collecting with my son! Love searching through pocket change! Lots of errors/varieties to look for!
Did a box penny hunt today and ended up with 32 Canada cents 6 wheats and 1926 , 1936-D for my oldest as well as a broad struck 1960-D with it being a greaser weak date. I also got 5 dimes . Never got that many dimes out of a box before!!
Love this series 😊👍🏻
I’m new to this and the speed you go through these is amazing.
Quin appreciate your quest would like to consider doing videos on coin quest searches like this. Been on your bus for some time.

I love to watch you coin hunting collecting coins is my passion however I don't have money to spend on them but i love collecting I don't have much in my collection I would love to have some of you coin mats so I could check my coins but I can't afford them but I don't miss anyone of your videos thanks for you sharing your videos with us. I had a huge collection worth about 25 thousand thats what i was going to leave for my granchildren but i went to jail and someone one stole all of my collection trying to get my colection built back up but i aint having a lot of luck thank you again
Great penny hunt. I am looking forward to the detector hunting. Be blessed. My friend.
I just found a 43 steel a few weeks ago in a bank roll. I was stoked
My son got me a box of pennies from the back for Christmas last year. Believe it or not, I found 2 steel cents. Doesn't happen very often. But it does happen still. Great video Quinn. Fun hunt for sure. 👍
Dang, that’s amazing! I still have never found one- machine wrapped or customer rolled. Hopefully it happens some day!
@@QuinsCoins I just found a 1943 s steel cent and a 1905 Indian head penny in the same customer wrapped roll a couple of days ago.
@@coinhunter2772 That's awesome. I can say that as of right now, I haven't found and Indian cent in a roll from the bank. From ebay is a different story. 😆
@@vinnieg.6746 In September of 2021 I found an 1892 and 1901 Indian head pennies in the same roll. I had not found another Indian head penny coin roll hunting until I found one a few days ago.
You rock & rule Quin !!😊
Crazy! Just watched your last vid like what's up with Quin?!? Boom! Nice finds! grilling entertainment! Cheers and thank you

you and rob finds treasure should collab. yall are my favorite coin roll hunting youtubers
That makes me really want to search coin boxes for something like this!
If you do, good luck!
@@QuinsCoins Yeah, I only hunted some rolls, no luck with the pennies, but better luck with the Nickels.
(No silver on the Quarters and Dimes, as expected)
Do you ever look for the error coins such as the 69s dd or the 72 dd etc. it seems like you just pass those years by?
I enjoy your coin videos. Please do more videos on detector hunting. I'd like your opinion on the best type of detector for newbies. Thanks.
Very cool bonus money
My latest penny roll hunt yielded a 1935 Panamanian penny in EXCELLENT condition! Only 100k mintage. Pretty cool!
You earned a sub
Nice finds
You Rock & Rule Quin !!😊
You did amazing
Hi from Australia. I just subscribed
Thanks! Was very entertaining today! I still can’t get a box of coins! The bank says only business’s😞
Dang. I am lucky to even find a single wheat in a whole box. I have terrible luck with any box I get. At least it's good to see some people finding something. Nice video.
I got 22 wheats in my first box
Awesome number of 2009 cents showing up!
what do you do with all the coins you dont need. do you roll them and bring them back
I like the 60s coins too
I enjoy watching you do this. Lol I do the same thing too.
2009 "professional life" building with Lincoln standing in front, is the old Illinois State Capitol, where he gave his famous "House Divided" speech.
A dime ender on the machine wrapped Penny roll is crazy rare, you shouldn't have opened that They sell for $100 on eBay, yes a sold listing. But nice finds
Found a Grey cup canadian dollar coin in the cornstar machine. I was stoked
Really like that Penny book you are using. Can you help me find one similar?
New subsciber have been coin collecting for 8 years now. Jusy found a indian head cent from 1865 the other day.
Im sure that real life is preventing it but I'd love to see another penny or nickel box battle eventually. Been missing watching one of those.
I agree! Kevin did pay me a visit a week ago and we were able to film a quick video which I plan to release soon. It's not a competition hunt, but is still very intriguing! It will be out soon
That 54D should go in a sealed holder !!
It's probably worth $1-2. Really nice find!
Hi Quin; I’m new to your site and new to this coin hunt. Once I find one of these coins, Where do I sell it?
Wheat Pennie’s aren’t worth selling since they are really only worth melt value. It depends on the year and mintmark, to see if it’s rare, and then the grading, or quality of the coin to determine the value. You can sell on eBay and stuff but it’s hard to sell coins unless they are professionally graded
Not sure if anyone mentioned or not, but Half of a Centennial is called Semicentennial. Thanks for the video and info.
The Hammered Coin is also called a "Dryer Coin".
Do you keep any pre 1982 or other dates?
Good location to pick up Coin books like ones you have? (disregard this, I was on mobile and didn't see the description).
The british queen's 50th anniversary is called the Jubilee! :) great hunt!
When I find a dime in a penny roll I put it in a tube and when its full trade it to the bank for 10 rolls of pennies,, really helps the dollar cost average
15:04 is that coin on the far left a grease error?
almost at 100k
EXCELENTE 👀⭐️👈
nice
where do you get these rolls
I have found a few dimes in cent rolls
Where do you buy rolls?
2nd time i seen a dime in a penny roll. The dime sorter must be next to the Cent sorter according to size and the dime fell in...maybe lol
FYI: Any canadian coins with Queen Elizabeth II is of some value..
the new Canadian coins will have King charles III
Charles III will not be on any Candian pennies though, since they were last minted in 2012.
Hi. I am a coin collector form Czechia and i have only one wheat penny from 1915. I don't know much about American coins. So i have been curious, how come there are also Canadian pennies in that package?
Due to proximity to the US, and the fact they're identical in size, a lot of Canadian pennies end up in US circulation being mistaken for US pennies, so they can show up in bank rolls of US pennies occasionally. This is also true of Canadian 5, 10, and 25 cent coins.
Would that red '72 Lincoln be an upgrade?
I believe that's the Illinois State House on that 2009.
I wish I could take a picture of the steel penny I found about 2 weeks ago
Booooooooooooom
how do i get the coin mats you have?
Hi Jeff! You can get them here: www.quinscoins.com
What is the best and different ways to return coins?
I actually found a dime on the end of a penny roll in one of my last penny boxes
have a 1999 with no mint mark and also I have a 2022 with no mint mark is that normal for these pennies
Lincoln cents with no mint mark were minted in Philadelphia. Except for 2017, Philadelphia doesn't put mint marks on the cents they mint.
Do the boxes cost anything?
7:23 54d Double date!
❤
I found one of the one cent from 1936
Hello Sir ,ihave some old coins.i have 2th
Thatis a 1904Indian head penny ,ihave also an 18 hundred and something. Indian head penny.i cañ not see the last two numbers.
The counter missed that go's to show machines messed up and they should give extra for that role of penny's sides 9 cents proving that machines makes mistakes and that's bad
I would like to buy three of your place
Thank you for watching! You can get them here: www.quinscoins.com
Odd that there were not any Birth and Childhood 2009 cents in the box.
Don't know if anyone has said, or if you ever found out on your own, but 50 years is referred to as "semicentennial".
Semi-centennial is the word you want.
no its the queen's Jubilee :)
Do you have Morgan dollar?
Error’s on 2009 Lincoln hand
Quin I do have sevreal steel cents and would like to talk to you about them
Do you by chance know how much a 1936 Canadian penny is worth
I have a serious question I got a 2000 £.22 with no mint mark on it where it was made at and I got a 19 1999 was out what it was made at M I jump the conclusions here is it normal for these pennies please somebody let me know
That is Illinois state capital
Yo tengo el álbum completo sin lo me falta la del 1943
what is a 30's canadian penny worth?
Do you not save your copper?
I have (2) 1943 steel one cent and (1) 1943 S steel cent but it looks too shiny. 2.77 g and sticks to a magnet like the other 2.
12:25 I think the word is sesquicentennial. Don’t quote me on that though.
Update: I was incorrect.
According to Wikipedia, the term is semicentennial
Sesquicentennial is the 150th anniversary. Semicentennial is right. Golden Jubilee is the term used for the 50th anniversary of a monarch's reign.
I have a 1928 Canadian penny. Is it worth any thing? Please let me know. Thank you.
it was minted at 9.1 Million so I would say it has value, and worth keeping!
Hey quin, how can i contact you about my 1943 steel peenys. I have photos and questions.
i have a 1920 weht penny
That's not a hammered coin. That's a dryer coin. If a coin stays in a clothes dryer for.too long, and is caught in a spot where it contacts the drum and rotates in place, the edges gradually get squeezed more and more resulting in a thicker, flat surfaced edge and a smaller diameter. If it wasn't for them rotating, material would instead wear away due to friction and so creating a flat edge
This is due to the metal's malleability and the edge being reworked instead of just worn away.
I find that, when you find one, it's usually either a dime or a penny due to there relatively smaller diameters compared to nickels, quarters, half dollars and dollars
So I found a 1972 wide rime 2 rime penny. I got it looked at and the guy sa8d it was a $750,000 coin KEEP A LOOK OUT
Semicentennial.
3 2 1 TO BE CONTINUED...
Quins coins if you need to know
I thought you of all people would know no such thing as a hammered coin it's called a drier coin cloths drier it gets stuck between barrel and wall sits there spinning on the drier drum the heat and the constant rolling makes it smaller and the rim wider and thicker .

3, 2, 1, stop it! Cool penny hunt bro!
U missed a 39
I have the world's Famous.😢 penny. It is a funny penny that is actually silver unfortunately. 1 day I went and my dad took me on a walk and I Lost. it.😢
So you actually don't know what a dryer coin is?
I have a quarter that looks black on both sides it's a Michigan state quarter would you know what it's worth
It's likely just corrosion. It's worth 25 cents.
