NH Flatlander Adventure Route

This week we are overlanding and exploring the New Hampshire Flatlander Adventure Route. This route was put together as a 500 mile multi day adventure motorcycle trail but seems well suited for a 4x4 overlanding rig as well. It takes you though the backcountry of rural New Hampshire. This is part 1 of a multi part video series taking you full circle. If you would like the GPX file for your Garmin or other GPS app you can down load it here.

As the creator of the Flatlander, Thank you for the nice video. I am excited to see you out using the route as it was intended, a way to help people explore interesting parts of the state, generally hidden away, off the beaten path. You captured this essence. I only ask that people please, stay out of private property without permission. Wandering around through peoples yards, or opening up closed windows of locked buildings is what gives us all a bad name, it is likely illegal, and in some places could get your backside peppered with rock salt at best. The whole intent of the route is for people to explore, and I know those areas probably are not posted, I just ask that nobody take their explorations to that level. please be respectful of the people who live along the route or we will loose what little access we currently have.
Again thank you for putting the video together and enjoying the route for what it was designed for, I do look forward to the rest of the series and what else you were able to uncover...

So. interesting this happen. I lost my go pro footage do to a corupt sd card. I was so ficken upset. I didnt have enough footage to do 2 more videos of the flatlander...... Im going to see what I can do and try and hodge podge together enough footage to do the route justice. If not Ill have to revisit in the spring..... I had some really good stuff to. Ill share with you when it comes out. NMy other three days I was out with a friend and did the rest of the route on adventure bikes. See you out on the road !!!!

Hi ken really how do you find these gems? Great video those abandoned vehicles were really cool also. I'm also glad you were able to whip yourself up some lunch which looked scrumptious by the way😅 you eat good my friend looking forward to seeing part 2

I like to find these GPS routes that other people have planned out. There's a whole bunch of them all over the place if you look for them. This one was called The flatlander and it took me 4 days through the backcountry of New Hampshire. And yes of course always time to stop for lunch lol
