How did you get the order of the numbers at 3:00 ?

If you take notice at 0:57 and at 1:28 , you can see that there are numbers inside the breakers. This determines their position/arrangement in a latter puzzle.

Pattern is in 0:35. Check the number pad. It also has the same line pattern that corresponds to a particular number
