Top-to-Bottom (also known as TtB%) is a geared movement category starting at the Area Travel from Bunker and ending after killing the final creeper in the Caustic Caverns Minecraft Easter Egg - It's unique in that it's the only run found on the speedrun leaderboards that runs a restricted and set route outside of the main story, through areas either entirely unvisited by other runs (Caustic Caverns, Sanctuary Hole) or familiar areas in a reverse direction (Thousand Cuts, Highlands, the Fridge, Three Horns)
