I can't wait for Gamesoft's next foray into the survival horror industry, Quiet Hill. They're supposed to put Sphinx Head in there, so that's really exciting. What I'm really hoping for though, is a trailer for the long-awaited Dino Dilemna soon.
@jessepinkman298 dude I was just thinking that. Imo yes. The story elements it has would be the combination of the two. I hate how many people dissed the first one on release, it's actually one of my favorite ps3 titles.
@@ohyeahisthatwhatyouthink6088 I felt like Evil Within 1 was too clunky. There's the infamous 3-second sprint, but also your weapons have a cone of "accuracy", you need to stand up to pick anything up, etc... But worst of all is the story. The characters only talk to each other in short cliches to hide "the twist", which would be obvious to them if they discussed the situation like people. Evil Within 2 was great tho. It polished up the gameplay a lot and the town was fun to explore.
When they make these games they should have someone that speaks English grammar check it before the release it. My favorite quote from one of the cut scenes was " don't become fool" 😅
if Activision found out they used the cod zombies sound when the zombies attack these people wouldn't even be able to afford a can of soup let alone make another game😂
The main menu music is an edit of the 1st Resident Evil's opening theme and the beginning cutscene is a splice of that same movie and another in the series xD
The opening cut scene is def not from the movie I watched then religiously as a kid unless these are from a Japanese version of resident evil these are not from the live action movies or game
"oh this opening scene is from one of the resident evil movies" Excuse me??? What resident evil movie are you talking about. I seen them all i don't remember any movies that took place in a power plant and everything in texts in Chinese
@02:47 I'm nearly certain that title music is a melody from a 3-6 Mafia song... An old 1, from the early 2000s. I can't quite grasp which track exactly, but I almost immediately recognized it & I'm nearly certain that's where it came from. DJ Paul probly sampled it from somewhere else, but still... Will edit if I remember it.
im pretty sure someone may of mentioned it, but that song that plays right before the "game" starts sounds a lot like Muse - Isolated System. It's amazing this game is on steam.
There's music from a lot of zombie movies and resident fear title is the beginning ost of resident evil 1 and the song after the bald guy scene is World War z intro theme...
It's the g-virus. Clearly it's a scenario where everyone is already infected and only turn once they die. I can only assume that by hitting the griddy they delay the spread of the virus to their ambulatory systems.
Gamesoft is probably so familiar because of the actual famous video game company "Gameloft" They did a lot of mobile games in the past including some popular ones like that Mobile RDR Copy, Gangster Vegas, Modern Combat, The Dark Knight Rises and The Amazing Spiderman for example

Don't forget God of Conflict. Also one of my favourites: Red Deceased Redemption.
I'm waiting for Devil May Sob, when they put a little action into it.
can’t wait until Grand Robbery Auto comes out
I've heard they are working on a couple of FPS games too... such as Call of Obligation and Ready 'r Nay
Ready or Ney .. that got me 😜😂
Scenes from resident evil, music from World war z, zombie sounds from Call of duty. This truly is peak
The music is actually from the Resident Evil movies, it's Marilyn Mansons Resident Evil Theme.
@coleblove2133 I was gonna comment that, that whole soundtrack to the first film is great.
Its the MCU of zombies.
which resident evil movie is that? i have never seen that opening scene before
@@ducminhnguyen5232 Live action movies
I like seeing the collection of Resident Evil games in the steam library
Then there's just Resident Fear trying to blend in 😂
the best part is since this is a Unity game, that's about to become a bad thing rather than a good one for them
Ah yes, Rhodes Wesker, must be Albert's secret uncle.
Rhodes was the one who offered Albert a position as a student in the training facility😭
Im glad that the residents were feared. Was a close one.
I love that you just straight up eat the herb. Don't even grind it up. Just chewing on it stems and all like a fuckin panda.
I like how the lean mechanic just leaves the gun behind, making lean useless.
Charlie calling the opening scene to a movie a “5 minute cutscene” really shows how much of a gamer he is 🤣
Lmaoooo
What
@@kosmo4633 he called a movie scene a “cutscene from a movie”
@@Spice.Melange am I stupid? I read it now and it makes sense
This isn't just "cease and desist". This is "cease, stop, are you kidding me and desist".
I love how someone in chat mentions it gave them RE Village vibes (which is nonsense), and the game attached is RE Village
It’s truly impressive Charles has the patience to play any amount of these kinds of games
Okay but actually imagine a resident evil/f.e.a.r. inspired game that is actually good..that would be kinda sick
Does the evil within count

CZcams thinks its resident evil 8 so it must be resident evil.
When they make these games they should have someone that speaks English grammar check it before the release it. My favorite quote from one of the cut scenes was " don't become fool" 😅
You think they have the budget for that kind of expense?
2:47 I love that even the main menu music is a cover of the main theme from the first RE movie lmao
Its more just like a crude parody lmao “royalty free version” 😂 they actually have AI apps that will do this for you lol
And at 6:50, I think that's the opening theme music from the World War Z movie.
Ah I didn't realize he said it in the video.
@@taylorcrawford4387 The world war z theme is also a Muse song "Isolated System", it's like a double copyright whammy

Bloodbirth and Elden Jewel.

They used a radiation symbol instead of a biohazared symbol.
I don’t think that’s their biggest issue
a 38 minute clip
like the .38 clip sneako send he's use against charles (bullets cannot harm the moisture monsieur)
How long did it take you to come up with that? That was awful
if Activision found out they used the cod zombies sound when the zombies attack these people wouldn't even be able to afford a can of soup let alone make another game😂
Holy shit, the dev even stole the cod zombies sound effects. Notice how one yells "SAM!" @9:34
its actually from a kit, i use this kit too.
Taking a piece from ever horror videogame known to man, this is truly a Frankenstein game
My favorite well-known pharmaceutical company from the RE series is the Phantom Corporation.
the fucking piano part at 6:50 is literally from Muse's song "Isolated System"
unless they themselves got it from somewhere else.
charlie's thinking of gameloft
The main menu music is an edit of the 1st Resident Evil's opening theme and the beginning cutscene is a splice of that same movie and another in the series xD
i love how the main menu theme for the game is just a modified version of the Resident Evil Movie theme
Love the fact someone asked if you seen Rubber, such a classic
The opening cut scene is def not from the movie I watched then religiously as a kid unless these are from a Japanese version of resident evil these are not from the live action movies or game
best use of the 7 shot glock 18 in my opinion
The M-glockteen-711 revolver really is a classic firearm, and deserves more recognition.
This is definitely the Resident Fear game of all time.
The glock model looks good at least
The song is The 2nd Law - Isolated System by Muse
this is in fact resident evil village, thanks description
"oh this opening scene is from one of the resident evil movies"
Excuse me??? What resident evil movie are you talking about. I seen them all i don't remember any movies that took place in a power plant and everything in texts in Chinese
This is a masterpiece, man wonder when resident fear 2 is out 😏
The main menu is using the music from the resident evil movie intro just slightly edited
Show this to Capcom's copyright lawyers to brighter their day...
I love how they used The Zombie sounds from CoD Blackops
Music that got muted is part of The 2nd Law: Isolated System by Muse
In the beggining he was probably thinking of Gameloft lol

i believe the studio charlie was thinking of at the start was "gameloft" a mobile game studio
"Why does gamesoft sound familiar?"
Cause it uses two very recognizable words.
Oh my god the menu theme is the theme from the first live action Resident evil movie just changed up a bit holy fuck
Wow, I dont know if anyone has said this, but even the music at the start screen is pulled straight from the movies.
Ah yes, Resident Fear one of the best horror games to come out this year!
The intro where it was playing straight footage from a movie was from Blackhat, a movie that has nothing to do with zombies lol
The main menu music is from the movies😂
This game uses some sorta weird antialiasing method that leaves behind some truly impressive ghosting.
never thought id live to see the day that someone pick up a shotgun in a zombie game and say nothing
The main menu music is from resident evil movie 2002
The main menu theme is the same as the first resident evil movie
My GOTY.
The call of duty zombie noises lol
Some of the music, like the one at the beginning menu, is an altered version of RE music.
even the background ambiant sound is the same...
9:37 I love how they even ripped off lines from CoD Zombies, here were a zombie says "Sam". Unreal lol
Any guesses on what movie or show that opening scene is lifted from? It’s not any Resident Evil movie.
