Gordon: “JOE, GET OUT”
Joe: **leaves and complains to customers who just want to eat**
Typical narcissitic man hahaha. My dad was kind of like joe. My Mom died and he hasnt changed one bit. Each time i think of him. I cant help.but feel negative. Its like he wants admiration from other people rather than love for his family
Kevin Geoffrey Fernandez stay strong bro🕊i hope your dad could change
also the customers looked like they don't give a shit about joes opinion on gordon lmao
@@FineHax people like that can't change. The emotional weeknesses that makes them like this are just too deep sitting.
Thomas Ra im just praying that his dad would changed, theres nothing wrong to pray for somebody
this is how hard dealing with narcissists beleive me I've had a family of narcissistic members it's hard seriously hard
Yeah, I have some little narcissists in fanily too. My brothers think they are Gods because both have a master and are vegetarien and are saving the world. And anyone else is a retard to them
28:00 pretty sure he went outside and grabbed a random person who was outside walking and just starting mouthing off about some random chef she doesn’t know
Lmaooo I love the ending..."basically half the staff quit, Joe went back to his old ways, and his business is pretty much slowly dying". Well then...
***** Lol that's even worse...
Richard Cranium the restaurant got shut down XD
Nija Cat No it didnt 😂
yes it did. it was rebranded as maple city tavern, that stubborn asshole became head chef again, and it closed down in 2015. www.yelp.com/biz/maple-city-tavern-norwalk-2
+Leo Specht Yeaaaah you should probably actually know what you're talking about before you open your mouth.
Joe is so delusional they needed to make 2 epides on him telling him how delusional he is.
Still didn't work tho
welp now everyone knows how far Narcissism can go and prob should run away from it.
😂
The Kameleon you must be a pirate 🏴☠️

Lmao this dude is so obsessed with his elk quesadilla.
Joe is probably one of my favorite problematic owners, he's got it all, arrogance, anger, delusions of grandeur and lies. So. Many. Lies! He will never change and I feel bad for the staff and the customers
How they can even argue with someone who had made 180$ million in restaurant business.
Who did he restrain? 🤔😂
@@brucebiggy3593 mistake
Doesn't Gorden have a Michlilen Star also?
He have 4 I guess

I can't believe that this is near the end of 2021 and I'm still laughing over 27:00 when the owner went out to the customer and complained that he's being kicked out of the kitchen by Gordon Ramsay.. 😂
This scene feels like when you're waiting at the station, a bum comes by and you are not sure if he's talking to you or to himself
He didn't kick me out of the kitchen.

I hope joe eats his chicken medium rare
I don't even knie what elk is lol
MidNight Rules some people just don’t live in places where elk are bred, like in England
@@skylintkankernoob3911 same here :'
vOID. Yeah but being English doesn’t mean you don’t know what an elk is, most people know what a giraffe or a buffalo look like
I like when Tom is just casually doing his job in the background when Gordon and Joe are having argument.
The fact that Gordon kicked him out of he's kitchen is killing me for some reason 😂
26:30
did Ramsay just throw the owner and chef out if his own kitchen?
that's fucking awesome

Their faces; they were so scared when Gordon told them Joe's has been listening!!! So sad !!
Yeah, I feel truly bad for them as it would betray their intimacy and trust (he told them Joe wasn't there). Though any owner who can't take proper critique shouldn't deserve such caring looking staff. They legit looked like a big family being harassed by some old crook. Though maybe that came from being in it together. I hope they all found better jobs :)
Yeah you could see, that they knew that their time would be limited working there, after Gordon left. One of them even said in a mini interview, and sure enough after this was filmed, she was right.

Only Ramsey can kick out an owner from his own kitchen.
Legend has it that Joe's still chewing his tender piece of elk.
After losing this and another restaurant, all that's left for Joe is to enjoy his *tender* piece of elk, coupled with some _garnish_ .
Joe soon choked on it and died. they celebrated by having that cake on a tray and Gordon threw roses at the cake
Ever saw that turtle in "Over the hedge"? Chewing on a piece of bark? Forever? It's Joe.
Hahahah
Legend has it he completed the tender elk in 2012 and started on Gordon’s running shoes. Still going today

Its amazing what chef Ramsay does to help these people, they just need to accept the criticism and help build a wonderful place
