It's always the same thing for fucked up restaurants. There's an owner with zero experience in the restaurant business and all the staff feel that and use that until they're dried out.

Just looking at Ricky on how he acts, how he presents himself, he’s not a chef

Front of house messed up relaunch night big time, I feel bad for legs because it was his opportunity to shine and the waitresses mistakes ruined it for him, but credit to Ricky for saving the day, I thought he was full of it at the beginning and probably blagged his way to that position, but the way he stepped up his game when legs folded proved he has skills and can play with the big boys, and with a little more training, humility, guidance and humbleness he can go a long way, but definitely needs to lose that egotistical attitude, he will shine without it.
Damn that ending was a huge twist.

Lex is lucky he kept his job. If I stopped doing my job and got lazy i'd be fired. Lex talked a big game but couldn't back it up. Rricky ended up saving the day. Lex is deffo not a head chef. Lex said he's the head chef to impress Gordan. Next time kid don't shoot your mouth off because you will get expossed.
