H. pylori (Helicobacter pylori) is a type of bacteria that infects the stomach and duodenum (the first part of the small intestine). It can cause:

- Dyspepsia (indigestion)
- Nausea and vomiting
H. pylori infection is usually treated with antibiotics and acid-reducing medications. If left untreated, it can lead to complications like stomach cancer and MALT lymphoma (a type of lymphoma).
Common symptoms of H. pylori infection include:
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea and vomiting
- Bloating and gas
- Loss of appetite
- Weight loss

First of all do some test and find the exact reason then your dr will prescribe you those medicines.. I know that medicines but don't take without examination .
@B logical Could you say one thing that is it necessary to avoid nonveg or to be a completely vegetarian for a young man who suffers the chronic abdominal pain ?
Its better if u eat veg.....those foods are better preserved..not fermented...and are sufficiant for providing you with all the nutrients..u need to get checked for ur pain .
Sir i acidity issue for a long time , mostly i 've to face acidity issue after 1 or 2 hours of dinner and some times on morning so are this also sign of pylori ?
1. Do not lie down after meals. Take short walks
2. Do vajra aasan after your meals.
3. Drink water after an hour if you're an active person, else 1.30 hour
4. Do not eat anything after 8.30 o'clock at night
5. Drink atleat 2 ltrs of water everyday.
6. Stop eating oily, greasy fast food. Eliminate totally.
7. Walking at 5 o'clock in the morning will do wonders.
8. Brahma mudra empty stomach for 5 mins in morning

I am suffering with 3years chronic abdominal pain with vomitting. I have done the all tests by visiting doctors in Bbsr and Cuttack like 2 times ultrasonography and 1time endoscopy too but, there have no any identifiable report it is just showing small gas; I have also taken medicine courses by visiting other clinical doctors and now still use the high powered acid pills but believe me the pain that I am suffering is out of endurance. It's still remaining; When I wake up at morning and after eating some food the pain is too much and in other time also it occurs. what to do for ?
Have u done ur colonoscopy? Or CECT whole abdomen? U should do it...u should also do CBC+DIFF test , LFT(liver function) test KFT(kidney function test) LIPID Profile(cholestrol), blood sugar, TSH ( thyroid simulating hormone test) all these collectivly will give u ur answers for sure..i had probelms too but i got all my tests done and it came positive for H pylori nd gastiritis.. also CECT whole abdomen is a CT scan for ur Whole abdomen(images of ur whole abdomen, every organ)so they will be able to see what is actually causing this pain and vomitting

@@pankajchatterjee5075 sirf diet se thik hota hai...completely tea coffee milk and roti bandh kr dena..mrng 3 idli thode der baad 1 apple and afternun sooji vegetables dala hua carrot betroot beans aloo and important one 6-7 garlic crush kiya hua with koi bhi sabji except brinjal and ladysfinger..mostly i ate cauliflower cabbage potato beans no spicy at all and less salt..after that 5 pm u have to take vegetable soup home made..no packed cans..in vegetable soup add some pepper powder crushed garlic and ginger..thode der baad again 1 apple..and dinner as it is sooji with sabji..follow this 1 month..pakke se result dikhega..follow the diet strictly..agar aapko sooji n soup ka receipe chaiye to batana..
