great vids mate do you know if the BHZ engine for the Audi S3 2007 8P quattro haldex ...... to remove upper oil pan to check bottom end bearings do i need to drop the gear box out to get to the seal bots to remove the upper pan

Standard DMF, 2L tdi clutch plate and rs3 pressure plate on a 400bhp bwa works perfect

Hi,
We do offer standard replacement style kits but the flywheel supplied in this kit is designed to work with our 240mm alloy pressure plate and it will not fit the OE pressure plate. How will this affect the drive? Rougher shifts? More aggressive?

Hi,
Thank you for your question. As this particular clutch has a ceramic friction disc and different pressure plate setup, there will be a change in the driveability characteristics of the vehicle. Ceramic friction material has a higher heat capacity and coefficient of friction so is ideal for motorsport applications but can cause some shudder and the engagement point will be more on/off. We do also offer an organic option for this vehicle that would be more suitable for daily driven street vehicles. Apologies for the delayed response. This 240mm single plate ceramic is suitable for applications up to 910Nm of torque but we always recommend taking into consideration what the vehicle is being used for (street vs track) and also what future performance modifications will be made. We offer a wide variety of different options including organic friction disc options for a more street focused application and also twin plate options for higher torque capacity.
