Finally a brand new video, this time with the greatest moments on the Nurburgring Nordschleife from June 2022. This month has been a crazy month with a lot different weather conditions and a lot of action including some very near crashes and a lot of fails. 5:00 why is this dude not stopping? perhaps he could've limited the amount of damage to the engine, now there is definitely a big hole in the block.
I think that was the differential, probably no damage to the engine.
@@ghouldude2 well, the noises seems to be related to engine revs not wheel speed.. pluss the smoke seems to eminate from the front of the car, not the rear. i`m no mechanic, but i would suggest an engine change for this one🤣

@@ghouldude2 sure dude, water steam (the white smoke) from the diff...lol. You can even hear the engine on its last breath before blowing up

I just love everything about that first clip. Well, almost everything. From the souped up Fiesta he's driving to the way he's driving it everything just screams young automobile enthousiast and I love it. Yes he's a moron that's endangering himself and others BUT even though his counter-steer was glacially slow it was still fast enough to keep him out of the wall! Ride on you glorious basterd, you'll get better, I know it.

exactly. All that understeer, every time again. And whenever you point something like that out to a driver, they go mad and say their cars are the best....

@@samuelgomez3311 Of course it's the cars. I am only teasing. It was just an observation. Thou many other VW's and Audi's also made it. I think with these cars, it is the suspension setup and the front end alignment specifically for this track.
If the VW cars are setup as they typically are then the feed back to the driver is so subtle that once the car and tires say it is at its limit the driver knows too late. A setup like that has to be driven very differently to drive it to or near the limit. I would say the average driver would be unable to do so without much practice. The tires would need to be scrubbed going into the corner to hit the right temperature and traction point. So they need to initiate the turn well before the corner while nailing their braking point.

At 00:39 the DNA from the Opel to the Holden Commodore is evident, rear wheel drive, great factory tuned chassis - makes it look easy whilst the girls cars are shown up all over the track.

Great opportunity to compare the Porsche GT3 RS and the Audi R8 at 3:12. Both at the same speed and taking the same line. While the GT3 RS continues without any problems, the R8 understeers into the gravel.
Audi cars are also known to have the most understeer..., and they said Audi is the queen of understeer lol
if anyone thinks the R8 and the GT3 RS are meant to be neck to neck on a track then they've got a whole lot to learn

1:50 - note how that Merc was smoking FRONT wheel as well. Too low suspension or too big wheels and that's what happens.
Add a bump and he could have had his front tire cut exploded, not to mention there's no space for suspension to absorb it.

Yep my wheels are way too big for the stock suspensions 😳
Suspensions are too soft - That’s why my tires hit the front bumper.
I plan to build this car properly for Tracks - Just need some time 😉
Don’t worry about tires explosion - Semi-Slick compound is way harder than plastic bumper (which has been sanding) - no marks on tires 😅

I'm not a fan of big wheels, not only things like this happen, you loose on acceleration because total ratio becomes longer.
We still want to see the crashes, hope you're saving them for another site or time where they can't censor.
