As its a new month, its time to look back at some of the best moments I filmed in September during Touristenfahrten (Public driving) on the Nurburgring Nordschleife. It was a very busy month, with some of the best weather we have had all year, this meant a lot of action on the track, including a lot of fails, some very near misses and dangerous moments on track. A Neighbour build over Years a Youngtimer an Opel Ascona B. He tuned the Motor ( 6 Zylinder instead of 4 > 280 HP ) the Transmission ( from the usual 4 up to 5 Gears ) The chassis, The body,, the paintwork, Breaks, Wheels, the Seats almost everything...... It takes not only a lot of Times but also a lot of Money...... And then he makes a Fatal Desicion..... He drove to the "Green Hell"
and as usual with Murphy's Law everything went wrong, because after two or three laps he got bolder and lost control of his "baby" and ran straight into the guard rails, suffering severe whiplash and breaking BOTH wrists and forearms, he was unable to work for months and, to top it off, he forgot to ask his insurance company whether the car was also insured for the Nürnburgring. Of course it was NOT, he had not only spent several years of work and a lot of money on the guardrails, but he was also allowed to pay for the guardrails to be replaced, the recovery of his vehicle and parking fees for his "baby" because he was initially unable to bring it home. So he decides to sell it because it was too expensive now for him to repair it.
And the moral of the story: Even if you think you are Lewis Hamilton or Michael Schumacher, you should find out beforehand whether your insurance will cover a possible accident and, above all, only drive as fast as you can control your car.

I know I am from the U.K., only talking about U.K. drivers, visited the Nordschleife driven it many times , we don’t need poor driving and it’s common place 👍

Naturally the guy with the slowest, shittiest, loudest Civic is the one to nearly commit suicide by getting out of his car and lay under it at a top 5 overshoot corner. I was ready to see my first death on this channel there.

all these people who can drive the 'Ring on their playstations and Xboxes, but when it comes to actually driving it completely fail.
I think people actually driving the ring as a sim will show much more respect. They know how easily a small mistake can make you crash. After driving it on a sim rig I concluded it was best to leave it at that, seeing these video's. Made me think that is the smartest choice, I ain't no Verstappen, I know that others think they posses the spirit of Senna when they enter the track and they are far worse drivers than me.

Die Autos fahren auf den gleichen Straßen. Beim deutschen TÜV wäre sowas nicht zulässig, da es bspw Fußgänger gefährden könnte. Trotzdem darf ein Auto, was in den Niederlanden zugelassen ist, so auf deutschen Straßen rumfahren, obwohl der Aspekt der Gefährdung weiterhin gegeben ist.
@@dasmarcl2252 Autos in DE bekommen kein TÜV, weil se zu viel Rost haben. Meanwhile fahren hier polnische oder Britische PKWs rum, bei denen gefühlt der halbe Schweller fehlt.
