Erik, management is about getting the most out of the players that you have available through coaching, inspiration and having a sound tactical plan. Last year - 7-0 at Anfield apart - you had a good season. This year you really underperformed in your role and you should be doing better with the players that you have available.

Theres absolutely no way hoijland is a striker, no way. When he needs to run in behind hes running into midfield, ball goes wide he walks into the box, hangs back, never a striker in a million years and wont be getting 15 goals anytime soon. Bruno, for everything he does well, he creates as many problems, yes creates 3 chances but is never in his position so we get ripped apart off the ball cus theyve basically bypassed our midfield in one ball. He either needs coaching to just stand still, or playing off the front or right so we can get anorher body in the middle for structure. Awb is just lazy, never engages his man ever. If your coached from 6yrs of age, its natural without even thinking when you lose the ball to close gaps and get xlose tp your mate next to you, we do the opposite, that is coached by ten haag, has to be, and its atrocious

Casemiro choice of header as much to blame as Onana. The goal from penalty was Burnley's first shot on target in the 2nd half and would have one more after that hmm. United in the 2nd half 8 shots on target. Lack of consistency on the hand ball rule seen again when a penalty was given against Wan Bissaka last week and not against the Burnley defender on the Antony cross today.

Get some of the reserves playing. I've watched them a few times,there is really good better than a lot,of this shambles,watched them beat Liverpool's 9-1,and a lot of them look ready,Lacey etc! Correct a lot of them are knot good enough. This is why i mentioned the reserves,there is a lot of talent in there,i don't even think they'd freeze,if they was put in this 1st team!

If you analyse the match, you will find that 75% of the passes did not reach the MUN players and this gave the opponents the ability to run rings around the MUN players. If the opponents who cost a fraction of what the MUN players are paid, can play so well, there is no point in blaming the manager TenHag.

Tony i love you bro, but who should Ten Hag change? The squad is down to the bare bones and the bench is full of kids or players who are half fit and will need their minutes managed. No defenders, no midfielders except Mainoo without massive weaknesses in their game. Only one striker. Only 1 performing winger in Garnacho who is still raw and needs protecting. A defence of 2x RB, a midfielder and a half fit CB. Ten Hag is doing the best with a bad hand. Can Ten Hag improve on certain things, yeah. No manager will ever be perfect, but take away emotion out of the game. With the line up so disjointed and thread bare. We should of won today, but for a silly mistake by Casemiro and bad VAR decisions. The manager got us in a position to win the match yet again, whether you like the whole performance. If Fergie put out that team, as annoyed as you might be. Would you give him a pass for that?
