Yes you violated their policy the pics triggers a form of violence 😠😠 I had similar issue I filled in all the details on the enforcement page 😞😞 and had discussions with the agent, but my account wasn't restored until the Protechhack team helped me, following a recommendation from a friend.

If it's account ban you just make a new Microsoft account. If it's console ban it's usually serial number ban and you can change it (only on series s/x) because serial number is saved on one partition of the hard disc. You just open partition as a .img, find your serial number and change it to something. Easy
