1:20 they've already confirmed, just minor updates...so it's still WARCRY 1.0, with simple rules updates as they already had in the past (Catacombs / Red Harvest like)....and this is good
@@stevenschnepp576 Here you go the "NEW" EDITION...by the way at 230 USD + 50/60 USD Compendium I would call it the "WRONG" EDITION.... czcams.com/video/t3frJMnkRnw/video.html
@@BudgetWaaagh No, GW never called it SECOND edition, they had the decency to call it NEW edition, better wording, so if you add one small update like Reactions, you're still technically right....very technically...anyway, once they revealed the prices it became an HARD PASS edition
I'm not interested in either of the warbands in this set but I do really want to get that scenery to use with my Kruleboyz to make a fun swamp based table.
The appeal is that they are worshipping Hashut, the Chaos Dwarf god. The other band is meh, just more Nurgle. Seems like that god always receives the most attention.
Hopefully rules are just minor adjuistments or nice little things to have like terrain rules and reactions?, since the game core gampleay is fun and easier than most things, moves fast and it´s kinda balanced for casual gaming
It's been comfirmed that we are getting a "reaction" mechanics but otherwise it seems like it's just warcry 1.0 but a new setting We'll have to wait and see but I think this looks pretty good
Odd how the terrain reflects the design of the new ash wastes for necromunda. Very little LOS blocking and a single high walkway. The big difference is necromunda needed the floor space for fast vehicles. Warcry doesnt need that. I'm old fashioned Warcry should be chaos warbands only, The game struggles with balance from other factions.
Positives: terrain is cool. I don't understand the whole grand alliance thing anymore. Chaos is meant to be the chaos gods and their servants; why are they including warbands that worship other gods like hushut? I feel as though skaven makes way more sense as a destruction army, and slaves and beasts who dont worship chaos should ve available to destruction. A barbarian destruction army would be cool. Also, no matter how much GW fanboys say, daughters makes NO sense in order.

So the thumbnail is clickbait, then.

Both of these look fantastic… shame no Chaos Dwarfs.

Not a 2.0. Not sure if its click bait or a misunderstanding. Consumers should know it is absolutely NOT a rules overhaul or new version.
It's a launch box so I think it's £180

i bet daughters will do something sketch in the story and end up getting kicked out of order
