TDK was a big reason why they had to change the best picture category to accept more nominations. Let's not forget that Heath got an Oscar, and while it was to celebrate his career, we all know it was for his portrayal of Joker.

I loved Logan cause the special effects were almost minimal as compared to previous X-men and Avengers films.

I actually got bored of Wolverine/Logan. There were just too many and he got shoved in as the center of attention way too much.

Sir Patrick Steward is a terrific actor all the time but in Logan he truly delivers one of his best performances ever. And in a superhero movie! He´s just amazing and a very charming man!

It’s fantastic to hear Sir Patrick Stewart reminisce so fondly on the making of Logan. It does stand out from the rest of the X-Men franchise.
The whole time, I was looking at Conan and fixating on how he was portrayed by Brent Spiner 20 years ago.
Patrick is a great human being. Loving, friendly, a superb actor on stage and screen - everytime I see him I feel warmth.

The Dark Knight is the best superhero movie. Everything from plot, acting and cinematography was on point. Logan is good, in my opinion the best that marvel has ever made but doesn't really beat TDK
Sarib Khateeb Everyone kept praising The Dark Knight but I still don't want to give that movie a chance since I have zero interest in Batman (except his lego version, lego batman is a cool batman). Someday... maybe.
Let's be honest, if we keep using TDK as the standard, nothing will ever come close. Nolan hasn't made as interesting a film since, either, save for the first 2 acts of Interstellar.

As related Patrick's statement about characters just bonding, that's what I love about X-Men films when done right. A movie focusing on the characters. X-Men 2 and First Class did well by minimizing special effects and focusing on the story and the characters. Logan amped it up and did extremely well.
