I timed an approximate 40 yard time for Su bingtian and had him at 4.05 But he's a sprinting specialist and that was on track with starting blocks. I can't see anyone running a legitimate 4.09 for the 40. I doubt we'll ever see a sub 4.15

Technically correct but intentionally misleading and 100% wrong if you have the impression that was an historic storm.
