I can use a face cream after having washed my face in the morning
I thought they said to press the PM lotion in and not rub...as that causes skin to look saggy.

Toners aren’t necessary today with ph balanced gentle cleansers, they used to even out skin ph

Retinol is mostly used at night and you can use it daily but if your skin has irritation then wash it off and don’t use it as much
