Paulie being all like "you know, why should I even try? It's not me in the finale" during the finale dinner service is one of the most hair-pulling things I've ever seen a chef say on this show.

His attitude was even worse than what we saw on the show. According to Ryan, she was pulled aside by Paulie prior to dinner service, and Paulie tried to proposition her by offering to fight to his fullest if he was promised a cut of her winnings.

      @nevenpatrk9661 Před rokem +10

@@ZionKraze I saw a clip on CZcams today and it headlined to me how much of a douche Paulie actually was. It was a video on fusion dishes and Ryan was having issues with figuring out what to do with a France and Japanese dish as she was inexperienced in both cuisines. So instead of helping her out like a real teammate would, this mfer just says "I will take great satisfaction in watching her sink." I was just sitting there like "Dude, you are a 3 person team and it is a challenge. If she tanks on her dish, it you puts your team in a position to lose the challenge." So either Paulie was being flat out dumb, felt very confident that he was going to knock his dish out of the park and carry his team to victory (which he didn't), or he was just screwing with her just because he could. He'd better thank his lucky stars that Ryan singlehandedly won the blue team that challenge or he would be looking really stupid right now.

To be honest I like the black jacket lounge challenges. While doing well in service is important, being chef Ramsey head chef you have to be able to cook basic dishes and be able to be creative. You never know what’s going to happen in a professional kitchen, someone can go home sick or not show up, a vender can deliver more of a item then needed and you need to jump on the line or make a dish using said item.

Definetly deserved a part 2 for this video:
-Sabrina Season 8: She's always making the same excuse "I'm YoUnG, I'M StilL 22, Chef!" And point fingers to everybody whenever she's getting nominated and even likes to insult her teammates. How the hell she made it to Black Jacket?
-Fran Season 7: Even though Autumn has a lot of nominations tied with Virginia, Clemenza, Elise ,Scott and Sabrina with 7 nominations , Fran is way worse than her as Autumn is lucky to be carried by the Blue Team most of the time. Also, Fran is a total Karen and she alongside with Siobhan and Scott are The 3 Stooges of The Red Team Season 7 as they mostly are the main culprits of why The Red Team always lost since Siobhan is insecure and Scott is full of himself. It's always Holli, Nilka and Benjamin who carried the team.
-Marc and Jordan Season 19: Marc mostly being a loud mouth and even stayed over Adam and Jordan just lucky to be there as she has up and down of dinner services. Oh yeah, let's not forget how she swift the blame to Nikki even though she screwed up the dinner service for sending wrong meat and made the Red Team got kicked out! I would consider Amber but she's not a bad chef, she only just likes to panic and complains a lot but she at least a better chef than those two.
-Zacky Wacky from Season 11: Have a strong start by saving opening night only to become wackier in furture episode and also one of the main culprits why the Blue Team always lost.
-Andy Season 6: He mostly just there for being a liability and yes, let's not forget how he suggested to nominate Robert who got hospitalized at the time for a bad service but thankfully, Van immediately switched to him. Also, he complained about his broken thumb and can't do anything right while Dave survived with one broken arm for weeks. Also, he got caught for not doing anything in one dinner service and Gordon kicked him out.
-Josie Season 20: The cast of this season isn't bad but Josie is having the same storyline every time,
    1. Being a vegan
    2. Simping to Emily
    3. Repeat
While Emily is a good cook herself and has bubbly personality, she at least can concentrate at competition and cook good meat despite being vegan, Josie is totally inconsistent.
-Trev Season 18: Season 8 Trev isn't bad but Season 18 Trev is a trainwreck. He's the second worst veteran along with Jen but Jen only has short rounds as she got kicked out mid service. Trev mostly caused the Red Team losing on challenges and he only enjoyed one reward.
-Jackie Season 15: This girl is a loud mouth and has no filter. Also, she dumped an ashtray to Kristin and always threaten to hurt somebody.

Well you could argue that Anthony did deserve another chance, we can’t forget that he was on a major downward spiral in the last couple of challenges before his final dinner service. He scored 0-4 on the bland taste challenge and the blue team lost that challenge because of him. Now I will agree that Zach should of been eliminated that episode but I guess Jon saw Anthony as a bigger threat than Zach. Now did Anthony deserve a black jacket over Susan or Cyndi? Yes because he was a better chef than both of them but at the same time not really. With his last couple of performances, his performances could of been much worse. Because Elise was actually talented, though inconsistent. I love Elise however, not for her personality (I know she is awful lol) but for her entertainment value in the show. She is hilarious to me. But when Elise does good, she really does good. When she is bad she falls apart lol.

Actually, I thought of an interesting topic for the channel, which was the most lopsided dinner services in Hell’s Kitchen history.
My number one, personally, is Season 6 Episode 5, where the blue team finished entrees, before the women even finished their first TICKET.

AND rather than admit to the fact that she had mistakes she immediately asked to go back to her previous team 😮😮 I honestly think Robyn got lucky that Jared (who originally offered to push her and elevate her when she had made the switch) had a terrible service that round

Robyn got to final 6 in Season 10 because the producers wanted drama.
But in season 17, it almost feels as if although the producers still want her to stay for drama, she wanted to use that time to actually improve and work her way up there. She turned her bitchiness into enthusiasm, and was resilient as heck.

Matt for me was a shocking black jacket. Its like people who continue to mess up get chance after chance but then when talented chefs mess up once they get eliminated. I'm happy to defer to Ramsey in terms of seeing potential for chefs but chefs like Matt and Elise made no sense to me and often made me wonder if it wasn't ratings driven.
