(S09 EP08) I-24 East, Monteagle to Chattanooga

This is a drive along I-24 East from Monteagle to Chattanooga. It starts at the top of the descent from Monteagle and follows the Interstate to U.S. 27. The ride ends with a quick pass by of Downtown before terminating at U.S. 127, Signal Mountain Road.
This video is part of my June 2020 Atlanta series. A significant partnership with FreewayJim was in effect during the visit, being able to utilize his equipment and ride along during the trip.

I will never forget, way back in the day, when certain truckers would (proudly) proclaim on the CB radio while passing the rest area at Monteagle; "I don't need to stop and read no dern sign or look at no dern map, I'm from (insert any western state name here)"... A few miles later, they'd probably wonder why and how their brakes were on fire! It happened a LOT back then! Great video, Justin! Brought back a ton of old memories!
